[Black / Silver] What a great tool! Zoom in & out, manual or auto focus, record/stop, toggle on-screen data, all at the tip of my fingers. Works great with my Canon G50.

[Aluminum] In short, this controller has changed my game. I shoot sports and dont know how I did it without one. This controller, along with dual pan/tilt arms has made my footage smooth, precise, and flowing. Getting to stand back from the camera and tripod and getting my hands off the onboard zoom rocker is invaluable. INVEST in a controller, and I love this one.

[Black / Silver] The Stealth Throttle Controller is so useful, it should be standard equipment for any serious user of the DVX100B. The controller firmly mounts to my tripod handle and even to the flat handle of my shoulder mount. The controls are intuitive and perfectly positioned for one thumb operation. Even better, B&H is a great place to buy this from. It arrived in mere days and there was no place on the internet where I could find it at a cheaper price, so why go anywhere else?

[0.635 lb] I am currently using this controller with my HVX200A camera. The connections to this camera are not in the most convenient place if you need to insert or remove a memory stick, but that's no fault of the controller. It would probably attach much better to the DVX100B. It functions as described and I find the zoom rocker to be very smooth and sensitive. The ability to start and stop recording from the Varizoom attached to your tripod arm is worth the cost alone. The iris and focus adjustments work very well. It is fairly well constructed and attaches easily to even the largest of tripod arms. Basically, with this device, once your camera is setup, you can shoot and adjust on the fly using only this controller and never having to touch your camera. Highly recommended.

[Black / Silver] I shoot archival videos for two local dance companies. I already had the older VZStealth without the autofocus toggle button. Since I zoom in and out so much with my Sony VX2000 set on manual focus, the button helps to sharpen the focus when I do zoom in. After so much zooming, the focus does drift even after having it serviced. Didn't notice it until I viewed my footage on large HD monitors.

[0.635 lb] I own two of these. They are the best things that I have ever used. When shooting sports games it makes it so much easier than using the camcorders zoom and recording controls. I don't travel anywhere without it. One thing to look for is to make sure that your camcorder will support this model. This model requires a LANC port in the camcorder. There are also other models for other types of camcorders too. Also if you plan on leaving the zoom controller on a tripod handle for an extended period of time, it might start to mold into the tripod handle so taking it off every once in a while may help.

[Aluminum] I bought this to use while filming my hunting trips. It makes it much easier to get the footage that I want. It is very easy to use and works perfect hooked up to my Canon HF S200!

[Aluminum] I use this for high school football and weddings mainly, but think it is great for anything. It allows you so much control over the functions you use the most. I video mostly in manual mode so I like to use the manual focus ring on my GL 2. It is such a comfort to have one hand on the tripod controling the zoom while panning and tilting and leaving the focusing to my other hand. You could also do the focusing from the handle as well but I just like using the ring. I could not do without this item. I used my first one for 6 years before it went out. Had to get a new one.
