If you're a Z CAM E2-S6G 6K Cinema Camera Global Shutter6K fan and shoot a lot of fast-paced action, the Canon EF mountZ CAM E2-S6G 6K Cinema Camera Global Shutteris designed for you. This member of the Z CAM 6K camera lineup features a global shutter that captures all the image sensor information in one fell swoop, eliminating the wobbly, Jello-like effects and skewed motion artifacts that rolling shutters can produce in some quick-moving shots. Attributes shared with the E2-6S include 10-bit 4:2:2 color support, ProRes and ZRAW capture, a nominal 14-stop dynamic range, timecode support, and data capture rates up to 300 Mb/s using CFast 2.0 media. The E2-S6G's internal capture rates differ somewhat with top ranges of 30 fps in 6K Open Gate, 48 fps in DCI 6K, 76 fps in DCI 6K 2.4:1, 56 fps in DCI 4K, 70 fps in DCI 2.4:1, 56 fps in UHD 4K, and 70 fps in 1080p.

The E2-S6G supports up to 4K60, 10-bit 4:2:0 video output via its HDMI 2.0 port, and it records audio in 24-bit 48 kHz using AAC or PCM (PCM for MOV only) through its 3.5mm stereo jack or via a separately available XLR connector using its 5-pin LEMO port. Versatile camera control options are offered via two serial ports, a 2.5mm LANC connector, a USB Type-C port, and an Ethernet port. The Z Camera iOS app can be used with 5 GHz Wi-Fi for live image preview, camera control, and settings configuration. Additional features shared with the E2-S6 include side control buttons, time-lapse, slow motion, and live streaming via the E2-S6G's Gigabit Ethernet port.

Use the E2-SGG camera with the separately available Z CAM eND Module to add 1.7 to 6.7 stops of ND filtration in 1/3-stop increments. Power options include a built-in L-series battery mount and a 2-pin LEMO port for using a separately available power adapter. This camera also features a 12 VDC 2-pin LEMO power output to provide power to separately available accessories.

A: Yes, this camera has a Zlog2 profile.

A: It will be too large for the M4. The bottom can be mounted but the fit will not be snug and we currently do not have any cages that are specifically intended for the M4.

Q: 3. Can you use a motorized zoom lens and have it controlled through the lanc? If so which one would be best? at least 12 to 1 optical is needed

A: We are sorry to say that we are not aware of any zoom lens that can be controlled through a LANC with the camera that is 12x.

Q: 4. What picture profile presets does this come with?

A: We do not have a full list available of the presets that this camera comes with. However it does offer a ZLog Profile and has a WDR mode.

Q: 5. Does the Atomos Ninja V support this?

A: Yes it should. This camera has an HDMI 2.0 video output, which means it can output 4K at up to 60fps. It should work well with the Ninja V.

A: Yes it does. The ZCam E2 will record for as long as the media and recording setting allow.

[1 to 360°] Expectations exceeded. Solid construction. Very well designed and engineered: something you realize when using it. I love how modular it is. Using IOs devices as monitors is incredibly useful: an iPhone attached to the rig can do for hand held recording, while an iPad in your desktop can help you record yourself and control just about everything. The picture quality is delightful. Easy to power via a standard AC brick, so no need to worry about batteries for long interview sessions. When requiring batteries, using big ones can get you all the juice you could possibly need. I record on a Samsung T7: not only cheap for storage, but also very convenient for editing without loading more heavy data in your computer). I have really no complains whatsoever: it is a great camera I have been able to setup for every scenario I have required. 5

[Sony L-Series] Excellent build quality. Relatively light. Back can be removed to then screw down 1/4-20 stuff inside the plate before putting the back to mount onto the BP slots back with screws. Lots of mounting space and keeps a pretty slim profile. Fit perfectly too better than some of the Wooden camera mounts. Protects a bit the battery contacts too maybe. 5

[Super35 CMOS] I love this camera ! the 12 bit ZRAW is amazing internal raw. I never upgraded to new firmware so i still have the good old RAW ! Very powerful cinema camera and can't wait to get the zcame2F6 pro. Thank you B&H and DHL , i got mine during COVID. Purchased directly form B&H online and had it shipped to me in Africa via DHL. 5
