[Aluminum] This is a good quality ball head. It able to load 15kg or 33 lbs which suggested from the manufacturer website. I tested on my Canon 24-70 f/2.8L and Canon 70-200 f/2.8L w/o any issue. I like to use this ball head on my Platypod Ultra Plate, when I don't want to carry too much for scouting. 5

[10.3 oz / 292 g] I have found this monopod head to do a pretty good job. I like the large adjustment knob for angling your lens up or down. The Arca-style attachment plate is secure and wasy to use. Way better than my old monopod head that required me to screw the head into the tripod collar or camera body. Nice product, appears well made and works as I was hoping. 5

[Aluminum] I bought this ball head with a Leofoto table tripod MT-04. I live the legs but the head is truly exceptional. Much better than the heads in some of my expensive tripods. I am using it with a Leica SL2 and the 24-90 heavy Leica lens. It holds very well. Highly recommended. 5

[Aluminum] Superb quality for the price. Works well with my relatively heavy Nikon 180-600mm lens. I reversed the orientation of the clamp to put the clamp knob on the right and the main tilt knob on the left (rather than leave them on the same side) and all works very smoothly. 5

[10.3 oz / 292 g] I bought the Leofoto VH-30 to steady my Nikon 200-500mm f/5.6 Lens on my carbon fiber Induro MXC45 Monopod which is fantastic. I can tilt the lens for perfect viewing with the tension adjustment on one side and lock it down with the other side clamp. Both sides are easy to use and set for my camera/lens balance along with the arch-swiss style plate clamp. A gimbal head may be better for a tripod but for quickly moving around a sports field the Leofoto VH-30 and monopod is best. The monopod takes the weight and the lightweight VH-30 makes the combo a winner!! I don't use the included Panning Handle (12) but if this rig was mounted on a tripod then I could see it would be useful. 5
