[3/8"-16] When I purchased this head I thought it would be the perfect panoramic device for my 4/3 Lumix. It almost was. Couple of stupid things: the vertical separations are 15 degrees, the horizontal separations are 30 degrees. The camera is oriented vertically so that with a 50 mm equivalent lens, the horizontal separations cannot be used! They should have done the opposite, more separations horizontally than vertically. The second thing is that at least vertically you cannot set the angle other than in the pre-sets. Couple of fixes:
- I altogether removed the screw to tighten the detents for the horizontal panning and taped over the hole with electrical tape against dust. Problem solved.
- An undocumented feature of this head is that you can just take apart the horizontal and vertical arms, flip over the silver washer (the one with the angle marks), put the arms back together, and the detents are gone. You'll see why when you look at the washer.
With these 2 changes, this is the perfect-enough pano arm. The only complaint I have left is that I have to use a separate bubble level for adjustment. Not a big deal.
Finally, I wish I had purchased the cr-30c, because I would just then leave the arca-swiss plate on all the time...

[5.7 x 4.8 x 3"] I own, and have used for at least twenty eight years, several view cameras, currently I have, 6 or 7, so maybe this gives me some qualification. I have only seen three or four Technikardan Cameras, I own a 6 X 9. This camera is incredible compact folded up, and relative light, I own a lighter 4 X 5, I do not use it, and if you had a choice between the two neither would you. I carry this camera almost every where I go, in my backpack, along with two Super Rollex 6 X 9 film backs. A selection of lens, Super Symmar XL 80, Super-Angulon XLs 47,58, maybe a 72, or maybe something longer. Today I walked 21 kilometers with this kit. I only set up the camera twice today, somedays I set it up many times. The adjustments are very precise and locks in a very positively way. This is the best possible technical or view camera, one can have for lots of walking, or traveling by way of public transportation. My camera is four years old and is equipped to use sheet film or the Super Rollex backs. I truly suggest one of the focusing or viewing aids I have two different ones I use the Light measuring viewing bellows.

[3/8"-16] Just getting into virtual tour photography and didn't want to spend a ton on a pano head. Using this one with a Nikon D7100 and it handles the weight of the camera and a Tokina 12-24 well. Little hard to decipher how to put it together but take a look at the website photo for ideas. Works great but you need a ball head and a sturdy tripod to use it properly.

[3/8"-16] This really is fantastic but I had to return it, because the dimensions described do NOT fully include the knobs sticking out the top, thus making it not fit where i was planning to install it. But other than that, the Bitwig implementation is unbelievable, very fast and responsive and kind if indispensable after you use it properly. I ended up getting a P1, which is much smaller and has the same kind of control. On a side note, the tech support is really really fast too.

[0.95 lb] I use this between my tripod and a pan-tilt head. Leveling is fast, easy & locks solid. I would expect it holds much more than the factory rating. This is my second one since I often use a large Bogen and large Gitzo tripod depending on the type of work, and switching heads back and forth gets old fast. Anything that speeds up the job makes the customer happy when there may be many people working by the hour during a photo session. Using a leveling head really speeds up the process. The only drawback is the price, but it should last a lifetime (unlike most things). Rock solid and beautifully finished !

[3/8"-16] Without a doubt, this is by far the best leveling head I have ever used. It was obviously made to very high standards and is a pleasure to use.I use this leveler on a Gitzo Series 5 CF tripod with my GigaPan Epic Pro panorama robot, and my CB Gimbal....

[5.7 x 4.8 x 3"] this controller controls EVERYTHING would need it to, and is a cobination of a GREAT midi controller for beats, and an EVEN BETTER control surface...the key for me is the LARGE FONT LCD....no more squinting with reason, i dont even have much need to look anywhere else, it almost feels like a stand alone device....AWESOME NEKTAR

[3/8"-16] I've had the Panorama P4 for a month now and it's amazing. You can control just about anything in Reason from the Controller itself. The only thing's that's not so great is that sometimes I have to restart it for it to link to Reason and the Surface Locking that has be enabled every time you make a new project, but if you create a template, you just load that and that's it.
