This Auralex SonoLite Bass Trap 24x24x3 Burgundypanel is a high performing, low frequency absorption solution to your room's bass issues. Its 2' x 2' rear mitered profile is perfect for corner mounting, but can also be flat mounted on a wall or ceiling. At the core of the panel is 3" of Studiofoam, allowing the bass trap to achieve an NRC rating of 1.15.

A: unsure the size of L-758, but an M Leica fits in with a little room to spare. I have an old goshen lunasix meter and I would be able to fit two in the avea5, better to have spare space than not enough.

A: I mentioned in my other answer that I can get my Canon Sl1 + 18-55 STM lens in this bag with room for my small Canon G1X. I just discovered there is room for the SL1 with 18-135 STM lens imounted with the camera / lens positioned vertically in the bag with lens facing down. Still plenty of room for the smaller camera or a flash beside it with a divider between. The 7D with 24-105 lens mounted is a snug fit, but does have about an inch + extra for small items. Again, front pockets available for other items.

I had the opportunity to hear these in action at the AES show in NYC in October of 2017. Three units were located in each of three corners of the room. The door was in the fourth corner and this prevented the use of four units. An IR remote control was available to turn the absorbers on and off. With the system off, we played several low-frequency tones and walked around the room observing nodes and anti-nodes. We then switched the system on and the room response was much more consistent. Bass could now be heard where there had been nodes, and it was no longer overpowering where there had been anti-nodes. We could now walk around the room and hear a much more even bass response. After this we played a kick drum track. With the system off, the kick had a boom sound as it decayed. With the system on, the kick drum was a distinct and well damped thump. The difference was stunning. When listening to music, the absorbers smoothed out the bass response, eliminating annoying room-resonance induced peaks and dips in the response. Very impressed. It would take large volumes of passive absorption material to match the performance of these active devices. 5

I put 3 small tripods, mono pod, two light stands, a Konova slider in this and put it under the plane. Plus is they don't charge me for over sized baggage. 5

I used these, in addition to another set of four that I already had, to reduce the bass echo in a small whisper room. These made a significant difference. There is no echo anymore and my voice sounds much better for recording. They should come standard with the room in my opinion. The foam is also very sturdy and fits in the corners of the carpeted walls without any adhesive or hook & loop fasteners. 5
