The ND filtration provides a 1-stop exposure reduction for darkening the entire image in order to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. The 85B filtration covers the entire filter plane and converts the color temperature to 3200K for use with type B (tungsten) films.

A: As long as the B+W filters in question have 52mm filter threads on the front of the filter, you would ba able to attach the Tiffen 52mm 0.6 Neutral Density Filter and the Tiffen 52mm 0.9 Neutral Density Filter to the front of the filter. The main issue that may arise from the filter not having coatings would be the chance of obtaining more internal flare or glare from using the filter. However, as such, I would recommend using your lens hood to reduce the occurrence of glare or flare.
