A: The base is bolted into the pole, however longer poles cannot be used with it.

[Round] These stands are perfect for holding the lighting for my Zoom, etc. video meetings. They are solid, practical and reasonably priced. The stem does screw into and out of the base, so you can travel with them if necessary. And proper lighting makes all the difference! 5

[Black] I am using this as combo with Impact Telescopic Baby Stand Extension (49) for my table - So my floor is empty for the PC case, and now my Amaran cob 60D with Small softbox is sitting on my desk! It's height is not very much that's why I have to order that baby stand too, but its quality is good! 5

[2] Very convenient stands for quick table top lighting. Not as intrusive as a small light stand and quick to set up. The ballheads are nothing to write home about, but for the price, they work well. 5
