[0.055 lb] Tried out this lens for some playing around with super wide angle for church interiors, ballparks, etc. Something I have not done before. Thought for the money it's not a big loss if the lens is not great. I was so surprised at the build quality and sharpness of this lens. Unless someone were really picky, I think you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between this lens and a much more expensive lens. I was also concerned about it being manual focus. I came to learn that with a super wide angle, it's almost always at infinity or I am shooting a still scene up close and auto focus is not necessary. Long story short, a great lens for a great price!!!

[0.055 lb] Five stars based upon fun per dollar spent. Not Canon L glass, but doesn't pretend to be. I was surprised that the fisheye effect wasn't as pronounced as I had expected. Instead, very wide coverage and lengthening, especially of narrow or shallow spaces.

[Magnetic] Watched/read several reviews of this lens before buying. All were very complementary and, to my surprise, accurate. Excellent lens, sharp, good contrast, excellent color rendition.

[0.055 lb] First attempt on milky way.
Used GoPro Hero10Black lens correction to at least get rid of the barrel distortion.
Processed in LR, PS with RCAstro star removal and then merged with stars again. Then sent to Color Efex Pro-LR plug in. Yes, you will still have some of the Fisheye distortion but you get a long Milky Way arch. Lots of light pollution from Gainesville.

[Magnetic] Excellent, sharp lens. MF is not a problem with such a deep depth of field. Love it!

[150°] Sharp lens! Easy to use. Great for landscape photography. It will be in my bag when I travel to Iceland in May 2023.
Heavy and built like an armored vehicle.

[Fisheye] Very easy to use once you get the idea of barrel distortion into your head (I am new to fisheye). Easy to manually focus and provides spectacular effects. Very soilidly bbuilt.

[2.5] Initially, I was not sure if I had made a wise purchase. Okay, it is a cheap, manual lens for my Nikon Z9. I already had a Nikkor14~24mm f/2.8 lens, but to use that huge lens with the FTZ adapter made the lens a bit ungainly for travel. But I was disappointed with the focusing of this new lens though the EVF. On the other hand, I learned by shooting at f/11 while paying attention to the distance setting on the external ring like early manual lenses, this lens works like a champ. Yes, it can deliver wide open but one has to be extra careful in focusing by whatever method you use. In any case, after getting the hand on how to focus, the results have surpassed my expectations. The clincher is the solidily constructed small size at a low price.

[150°] This 10mm fisheye is exactly what I needed for up close rocket launches. 10mm seems to be the perfect lens for the shots I'm taking of rockets that practically go over my head when they launch. I typically use it at infinity focus and 16-22 f stop on my Canon R3 or R6 (depending on where I'm at and which one I want the higher resolution on. I do a ton of launch photography and never shoot a launch without this baby.

[150°] After reading several online reviews of the 7artisans 10mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens, I recently purchased one for my Nikon Z 8. It does not disappoint. This lens is incredible and a great value! It is a manual focus lens, but if you are shooting anything farther away than a foot, just set the focus ring to infinity. The lens has almost no lens flare and you can get a beautiful starburst even shooting at f/8. The images I have produced so far are very sharp. It is also a great lens for night sky photography, giving you a very wide filled of view of the night sky. This lens stays in my camera bag!
