[0.325 lb] The product is well engineered and easily linked my old canon 600mm lense to mi Nikon. I have shot a few registration shots through it and the results were excellent. B&H photo responded quickly to my order request quickly and I received the product a couple of days earlier than expected. I will look to B&H the next time I have a photographic need.

[Nikon Z] I have several Canon lenses from the 70s and 80s that I wanted to try on my Nikon D850, and this adapter let me do it perfectly. The metal construction feels solid, the machining is precise, and the adapter fit just right to both the lenses and camera body. I would be comfortable leaving this on a lens and throwing it in my bag for a shoot, swapping it out just like it was regular Nikon glass.

[0.325 lb] Currently using to adapt Canon FD to F mount speed booster to Micro 4/3. Works with my silver and black ring FD lenses, but some with a longer tab will not work, but that's also consistent across a few different lans manufacturers. No problems with infinity focus. I haven't studied photos enough to determine optical quality, but generally speaking, its all there.

[Nikon Z] Great way to get a feel for a new SLR lens without shooting a roll of film.

[0.325 lb] Used the adapter to couple my canon FD 1.8 with my canon m6. Followed the instructions on the Urth website and was able to use it right away. Felt like going back to the 80s when I had an AE-1 with the same lens and film :-)

[Aluminum] the unit is nicely made and the lens appears to lock up firmly.

unfortunately the infinity focus is off w/ some lenses.

it may be the case that the lenses i'm using are the problem

[Nikon Z] This is an excellent adapter. Very solid and well built and fits tightly... no wobbles of any sort.

2 errors from Urth on this adapter though: I have added photos highlighting this

1. On the Nikon Z teleconverter mount, there is a small notch in the adapter ring which is absent on the back side of the Urth adapter.

Therefore if you intend to use this adapter with Nikon Z teleconverter and Nikon F lens (Nikon's FTZ adapter cannot be used because the adapter hole does not allow the Z teleconverter protruding element to pass through); so if you intend to use this adapter with Z teleconverter, you will have to grind out the notch either in the teleconverter mount ring (not recommended) or grind a notch into the back side of the Urth adapter... recommended as it costs only 39$.

2. Additionally, Urth has unnecessarily put a very small screw on the back side of the adapter which also prevents it from screwing into the Nikon Z mount. We need to remove this screw as well.

Urth needs to made these 2 updates to their future adapter manufacturing runs.

I am now able to successfully use a Nikon Z camera plus Nikon Z teleconverter + Urth adapter and Nikon F lens in manual focus mode.

[Nikon Z] I have a fotodiox that does not operate smoothly and I often cant make a smooth connection with the fd lenses.  The vello is very smooth in its connections and a very solid build.  I no longer worry about my lenses coming off. The addition of clear instructions on how to mount the adaptor to the camera and a lens to the camera is also very helpful.
