A: The Benro QR6 Slide-In Video Quick Release Plate is a duplicate of the Manfrotto 501. It is designed to fit in any tripod head that takes the Manfrotto 501.

[1x 1/4"-20 Male] These are simple and functional Arca plates with some rubber to prevent twisting. Having a few around comes handy, in my case to connect them to a cold shoe so I can use existing spare/mini/table tripods or clamps for quickly mounting a flash, light or microphone. I wouldn't use them for anything larger than a point-and-shoot camera, even if they could mechanically handle it. 5

[Arca-Type] All of my quick release plates were too large to fit nicely on my Nikon Z6ii and FTZ adapter. The FTZ adapter is a little chubby at the bottom and finding a suitably sized plate that doesn't interfere is difficult. This plate is just the right size for the Z6ii... 5
