Use the Sony FX6 Adjustable Handgrip Extender by Vocasfrom Sony FX6 Adjustable Handgrip Extender by Vocasto position your original FX6 handgrip at a more comfortable distance for handheld operating. One end of this extension mounts onto the camera body using a separately available FX6 ARRI-style rosette adapter. It has a Sony rosette on the other end for mounting your handgrip and includes a 9.8" extension cable. This extender easily adjusts from 6.5 to 9.3" in length using a quick release lever.

[Single Handgrip] The FX6 oem handle isn't super comfortable for my hands, and this rosette allows me to hook up other handles for better ergo, as well as adding another attachment point when I'm building out the camera a bit larger. 5

[0.37 lb] This addresses the loose viewfinder LCD on the FX most elegantly. The worthsmanship is the best and the range of adjustment is perfect. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and when you make a living with these cameras it's really important. I own 3 of these for my multiple FX6's. 5

[0.37 lb] I use this with the vocus baseplate/shoulder mount and its top notch. Excellent quality, tough and lite. Does exactly what its supposed to. Going from tripod to handheld and back to tripod has never been easier. Oh, and the wooded handgrip is a pleasure to use. 5

[Single Handgrip] I bought one of these secondhand, and it was having problems with the connection between handle and extender. I contacted Chrosziel with the problem and had me send it in, along with my FX6 handle. A few days later, I received both pieces back in excellent working order. The extender itself is sturdy, and is quick to deploy with smoooooth action. I like that it's very slimline and doesn't take up much space. As all you fellow FX6 owners know, finding a carry-on friendly case is pretty much impossible if you want to keep your camera built up. Not saying I can because of the extender, but this arm takes up less space in a case than the competition. 5

[Aluminum] I'm using this with a Zacuto Z-finder that came off my Sony FS7. Works well - expensive but worth it because it made an absolutely hopeless Sony monitor a good one. 5
