A: Yes absolutely. That's exactly what I use these brackets for. You will need the Impact - Background Paper Varidrive Set. The spindles expand inside the cardboard tube of your seemless paper and allow you to easily roll in and out the paper very quickly. Mounts on a wall with just a couple of screws. You'll need to make sure you hit the wall studs though or have really good drywall anchors.
