The QOMO WanderCam 55w 8MP Wireless Document Camerafrom QOMO WanderCam 55w 8MP Wireless Document Camerais a mobile document camera with 16x digital zoom and an internal battery. It connects wirelessly to your computer for maximum versatility, but a USB Type-B port is also present to connect the camera to your computer. In addition to its use as a standalone document camera, you can use it to add live document presentations to remote meetings or remove it from its base and use it as a handheld camera. The document camera features an 8MP sensor and outputs 1080p or 720p at 30 fps.

The tiltable camera head serves as a video camera, a webcam, and a photo camera/scanner. As a document camera, it scans an 8.27 x 11.69" (A4-sized) area. You can capture stills and video to your computer from the document camera using the downloadable software.

There's no need to sweat sharing the small stuff when you can blow it up in bright, beautiful color with a document camera.

With dual-USB connection, you can also connect non-wirelessly with USB direct to your computer.

The QPC55w is designed for 270° of rotation. When flipped open, the camera is level with your desktop without needing to make adjustments. This allows for easy document scanning. Flip the camera down to use as a web camera, while capturing clear audio with the built-in microphone.

Amplify the naked eye with 16x digital zoom.

The QPC55w allows you to capture up to 1080p resolution video.

The QPC55w supports full features on Windows and macOS, including the QCamera macOS app for USB webcam mode. Chrome OS supports USB mode only.

[270°] We added a 1/4 or 1/8 CTO on it to warm it up a bit. It's a little cold for faces. You could also use a sheet of muslin to warm it up a bit, its an old trick. You can pick that up at any fabric store. But other than that, it works as well as a kino bulb. 5

[ CMOS] This product was easy to use and I like how it will work directly with an Epson projector. This is a great device to use in presentations as you can change slides manually and don't have to worry about yout laptop freezing up or issues with PowerPoint. One issue I did have is the software to work with a laptop, did not appear to be included with the installation disks. 5

[270°] I replaced a Elmo camera with this camera and was happy to find that I can connect it easily to a tablet or to a PC. The software is easy to learn. The picture is great, today I think I could see better on the computer screen with the camera then with my eyes. In order to change the angle of the camera we made it a little bean bag to sit on so if we need a little different angle it is easy to adjust. 5

[16x (Digital)] I've had the HoverCam Ultra 8 for about a year and have been very pleased with it. Another reviewer said it was incompatible with Mac, but I have no problem using the HoverCam Flex 10 software with it on my Macs. I mostly use it through the HDMI port anyway in a deposition video setup. 5
