Designed for select Apple iMac and iMac Pro models, the Satechi USB-C Clamp Hub Pro Aluminum Silveradds more ports with convenient access. The hub connects via USB Type-C and comes with a single USB Type-C port and three USB Type-A ports. You can import photos via the microSD or SD card slots. The hub can be mounted to the bottom side of the Apple iMac and iMac Pro.

[Bus Powered ] This stand fills a need for additional ports. I also like how it gets the cooling intake off the surface/desk. Not much, but in my install high enough to get some airflow around the computer. Having all the added ports is also necessary. The only down side for me would be the lack of, or option to have powered ports. 5

[7.5 x 4 x 1.1"] I am having a love hate relationship with the MacBook Pro M1 I have more than one external hard drives for Lightroom to be portable. The M1 has 2 C ports. One for the power plug, leaving one for memory card, external hard drive and monitor. This Pro Hub adapter works like a charm! 5

[Aluminum] This device is a great thing to have when trying to connect several External Hard Drives to the miniMac! I have all of my devices connected to either this Dock or the back of the miniMac. Plus, having the SD card reader in this device makes for uploading my captured images from my cameras a breeze! LOVE IT!!! 5

[0.22 lb] Bought to expand # of ports on MacBook Pro which it does very well. Already had the Satechi iMac Slimdoc which adds ports as well and I love it. Added a 2TB internal drive. 5
