A: At this time the one power source we can recommend is this one, the Lanparte E15 Portable Battery with EN-EL15 Adapter. It is a 12 v supply. We do not know if the power is regulated or not.

[Straight] Purchased this along with the ADATA P20000QCD power pack for extended location shooting sessions, video and time lapse sequences in anticipation of the total solar eclipse coming in April 2024. Goal was to not need any AC power for hours of location shooting, and this battery replacement for the Nikon EN-EL15 works great in my D7100 ... even with live view on continuously and driving an external HDMI monitor !! 5

[39" / 99 cm] I have two SmallHD 502 Brights. I have two Blind Spot Power Junkies, and two of these Blind Spot LP-E6 dummy batteries. Both have worked great for hundreds of hours on set. Couldn't be happier! 5

[Straight] I bought this to power my Sony a6400 via a Sony L battery plate. Work great, 1 npf 980 powered my camera for 4 time-lapses that were over 3 hours each and that’s on top of regular shooting throughout the day. The battery is plastic and not very heavy so I will see how it holds up over long term use but so far I’m very happy. 5

[0.1 lb] After switching over from stills to video, I found that using the standard Nikon batteries were too short-lived. SO I added the Power Junkie and a NP-F770 battery to the set up.... and life is good! I mounted mine on the rails to the rear of the LCD screen using a bracket. In that location I can use NP-770's or 970's without bocking the buttons. 5
