Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. is this clip on equipped to attach to a picatinny rail, or does it require additional mounting parts. I don't really want to connect it to the 1x6 Vortex "Strike Eagle" scope?

A: See page 16 of the manual for mounting, https://www.agmglobalvision.com/image/catalog/product-pdf-doc/1644004271_AGM-Rattler-T%D0%A1-256-Manual_v1.pdf

Q: 2. Does this model work on the iPhone 15 since the connection is USB-C?

A: The Xinfrared (formerly InfiRay) T2 Pro Thermal Imaging Camera for Android (BH # XIT2PRO) will not work with an iPhone 15 as it is compatible with Google Android OS 6.0 or later mobile phones only.

Q: 3. Does this UAV have an ADS B receiver? Does the 50mp camera offer f/stop range or only fixed at 1.9? Thanks

A: Yes, the Autel Robotics EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise Bundle V3 Drone with Thermal Imaging features an ADS-B receiver. The camera has a fixed f/1.9 aperture.

Q: 4. Web site says refresh rate 50hz, Manual says 25hz. which is correct?

A: After reviewing the information from AGM the 50hz is the correct refresh rate. My WEB content team has been notified of the error.

Q: 5. What makes the photogrammetry turntable different from the normal version you sell?

A: The MCT-220-24 Photogrammetry Turntable offers a heavier load capacity and motion control for more intricate settings.

Q: 6. Please define precision. Ability to precisely match a rotation position to 0.01 of a mm between two rotations?

A: According to the manufacturer the Pamco-Imaging MCT-220-24 Photogrammetry Turntable BH #PAMCT22024 would be around 5mm per revolution.

Q: 7. Can i mount to 40mm objective or do you need something else

A: No, the AGM Rattler TC19-256 Thermal Imaging Clip-On (50 Hz) does not have an adapter for 40mm objectives. Currently they only have adapters for other sizes.

Q: 8. why are yall selling a warranty with a zeiss optic when it comes with a lifetime no questions asked warranty this is dishonest?

A: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover impact damage. Customer would have to pay for shipping to and from the repair facility. Zeiss warranty is not an international coverage. It is for these reasons and others that a customer may also choose the Allstate Production Plan.

Q: 9. Hello , does it show speed in km/h or just in mp/h ?

A: The AGM Asp-Micro TM160 is a thermal imaging sensor. It does not register speed.

Q: 10. Is the Enterprise Evo ii version quieter than the base version?

A: No, the noise level of the Autel Robotics EVO II Dual 640T Enterprise Bundle V3 Drone with Thermal Imaging is similar to the base version.

[3.6 VDC] Best thermal out there wouldn’t buy anything else and rix is a great company to work with! B&H had my thermal to me in less than 19hrs overnight shipped.

[Lithium-Ion] Pro level build quality at a very reasonable price. I use it for power amplifier diagnostics, but it seems to have unlimited uses. Very well designed and useful device.

[95%] It's an Excellent, basic, minimal home inspection thermal camera. The fluke software improves the image over better resolution cameras of other manufacturers. But it has limitations without focus and minimal resolution. We purchased as an inexpensive additional thermal for my inspection company. It's 5 stars for its intended purposes. But it has limited resolution. It's not a 3,000 dollar camera. But at 1 k it was not intended to be.

[95%] I was blown away by the image quality of this unit. I’ve used 320 and 640 handheld units before as well as the top of the lineup Seek phone camera. The processing on the T2 is phenominal. The relatively large front lens is a huge plus too. The image from this rivals the better 320 cores I’ve used. The resolution isn’t as good, but for distance viewing what’s more important is handling noise. The Seek cannot handle noise at all. It turns to a blurry mess shortly even though it’s higher resolution. Even some of the standalone 320 units don’t process noise out as well, making the final picture harder to see.

The T2 processing cuts out the noise while keeping detail. The plain white hot/black hot modes do great to show detail in settings like neighborhoods while the highlight contrast mode makes animals/people stick out from the background significantly. Very helpful when trying to see if the warm thing is something the sun heated a bit or something living.

The phone holder fit both the camera and phone snugly without cranking down on the adjustments. The handle makes viewing much more stable than without, though it’s not required. Still, the stability matched to the zoom of the lens makes the handle a huge plus.

If you’re interested in trying thermal or have a use where having your phone out isn’t a problem, the T2 is the perfect low cost, high value unit. Others may be better for circuit board work or other niches, but for general outdoor activities the T2 Pro is the best bargain going.

[Black] Easy set up. Worked right off the bat and saw birds in the trees, deer many yards away, and lots of mice in the field. Fun to use.

[95%] I purchased the FLIR one Pro LT and have been using it for a couple of days in my house. I mainly got it to inspect the parts of my house where it's hottest/coldest (season dependent) and has already helped me identify the culprit areas that I'm now getting insulation installed to mitigate.

The only thing I'd like to see added to the mobile app, iOS in my case, is that the thermal range bar is exported when an image is was taken to add further add context to the image. People that are shown the images always ask what the range of colors means.

[Lithium-Ion] Great unit to see heat signatures of all kind. I have used it in house and the woods. The other night in complete darkness my dog was going crazy by the fence. I used it and seen a rabbit tantalizing him.

[95%] I bought this device for birding, specifically looking for owls at night. Some of the top thermal scopes cost upwards of $4k. The problem is, they are clearly marked as Export Controlled. I don't want to get into any trouble with those. This little plug-in camera cost only $400. So I decided to give it a try. I brought it to Guatemala a few days ago, hooked up with an old Pixel 3A phone, it worked great, far better than I expected. I found an owl at night perched silently behind our cabin on my second night there. I could see the red-hot owl based on the body shape. Even smaller birds can show up as hotspots at night. Definitely worth the $$$.
