A: The 055 xpro b is a Manfrotto tripod. What you need is a Manfrotto MH057M0-Q5 Magnesium Ball Head with Q5 Quick Release Kit which is what I use on my 055 xpro b tripods. I have several of the 501PL Sliding quick release plates and prefer them over anything else.

[Single Handgrip] This is the among the best tool besides my camera that I use. I’ve gone from about 5-10 minutes before my hand starts to numb to about an hour without any serious discomfort. The harness balances the weight across both shoulders and it seriously makes a significant difference in how long I can go handheld. It also makes my shots more...steady. It's expensive, but if you lug a full-size ENG camera around, (Mine weighs about 22lbs fully loaded,) and you consider how much you pay for your tripod and other support gear, it's really worth every cent. 5

[Single Handgrip] After you spend the big coin on a sweet camera sometimes you don't have much left over to complete the package. This rod support system will do just fine and won't break the bank. 5

[Waist Support] Other than marketing reasons to keep the price below $1K this absolutely a must have for anyone considering a Float. The belt alone seems to be missing a 3rd suspension (anchor) point that stabilizes the entire rig. In my case the rig is a DJI Ronin 4D with the optional gimbal counterweight and a few heavy Sony GM primes like the 50 mm/f1.2. I do need the Float for longer shooting scenarios but could not wear it until the shoulder support arrived. The overall weight placed too much pressure on my abdomen to a degree where i could barely breathe. Seriously for the price of $70 or less is a rounding error considering the $1K base price for this Float version. The only thing I wish it would ship with is an optional safety strap that could be attached to the camera and the shoulder strap attachment points. That would be very useful considering the single-screw mount the Tilta adapter uses to secure the camera to the Float arm. 5

[Universal] This addition to the float system allows you to distribute half of the load to your shoulders instead of the entire weight sitting on your hips and low back. A must have, it should come with the original Tilta Float System. 5

[Single Handgrip] I will admit that the price point on this product is high very high but ease-of-use and ability to distribute the weight of a fully built C300 Mark ii Tilta rig w/28 to 300, IDX battery, Teradek bolt 1000, Lectrosonics SR unit is amazing. Can’t really describe how it takes the fatigue off of your shooting shoulder arm and wrist and even at the end of that lens provides an extremely sturdy platform ... you just have to strap it on and try it yourself . Also very easy to move the rig to your waist or pop it off completely and get down on a cinesaddle on the ground makes it so much better than an easy rig 5
