[Solid ND] I was intrigued by the simplicity of the design, and ease of use, without having to change filters for different lenses. Plus, with the sensor exposed in mirrorless cameras, it acts as a dust shield while changing lenses (of course, I don't recommend changing lenses in dusty environments without further protection methods). This ND64 and the ND1000 are both great, and certainly help with light challenges. Using my Nikon Z6 II, the ISO levels are so great, lowering the available light and increasing shutter speeds are not creating any issues with image quality.


I am not putting down these Kase filters, as I like them very much. The title refers to a hope to see the glass quality continue to be refined as this style of filters get more popular, just like circular or slide in filters have over the years. But at the price point, they are amazing, and I don't always agree that spending 3x or 4x provides 3x or 4x quality increase in images.

[Solid ND] I have been trying to figure out a way to protect my Sony mirrorless camera sensor from dust and particles.  

My biggest concern with mirrorless cameras is how quickly the camera sensor can get dirty.  

These KASE filters have solved that problem. 

By using a UV or ND filter that fits directly, and safely, in front of the sensor.  These filters protect the camera sensor from outside exposure when switching lenses.  This comes with a carrying case that can hold two additional filters, 3 ND filters, 1 UV filter, cleaning cloth, a guitar pick to remove the filter, finger rubber gloves, & instructions.

Pros:
1. No need to add an ND filter for different sizes of lenses
2. Protects the camera sensor from dust and moisture
3. Comes with 3 different ND filters for your specific scenario
4. Includes a soft frame pad that sits nicely below the filter for prolonged use
5. Very easy to remove or install
6. No overheating issues or problems when using the entire day
7. Excellent video and image quality

Cons:
It doesn't have a snug fit in the Sony a7sIII.  If you remove your lens and your camera body is tilting forward, it can easily fall out.  The instructional video shows that these filters clip-in.  However, I believe the dimensions are slightly larger for the a7sIII.  So to be safe, you will want to remove your camera lenses with the body facing up.  

All in all, this is an excellent innovative product!

[0.135 lb] This filter fits the A7R IV perfect. Be sure to place it in with the letters towards the camera and press the top until you feel the click. I have had no issues with it. It does a good job reducing the yellow in night photography and making the colors of light more realistic. Hard to beat for the price and convenience of using it with any lens.

[Solid ND] I love this! I'm sure many of you (like me) saw this as an alternative to using high speed sync, to get more flash power, & not have to worry about glare from lens filters.
PROS:
* Works fantastic!
* Easy to get on & off (don't lose the pick to get it off).
* No glare (like you can get from the lens filters).
* I feel safer changing lenses outdoors knowing dirt won't hit my sensor.
CONS:
* It's a dust magnet. It says dust resistant, but I'm constantly blowing dust off of it. But I just keep a blower bulb handy. To me, blowing off dust when I change lenses is worth it. I think the pros far outweigh the one con.

So if you buy one, AND YOU SHOULD, buy a good blower bulb & censor brush with it, if you don't already have one. FIVE STARS!

[Dedicated] These are incredible because they can be used with any lens. Many people seem to be having issues with how they fit, and that's really because they aren't installing them correctly. The Kase text needs to be facing the sensor, if you put them in the wrong way, they are loose. If you put them in correctly, they fit nice and snug, on all Sony full frame cameras. I have the a7s III and a7 IV and they are not loose at all. I have a tech channel on youtube called Doubt Me Tech and I made a review/tutorial video on this set and you can see how to install them correctly. These are awesome and highly recommend them.

[Dedicated] My friend has these and told me to get them. So I did no questions asked. I can't wait to point my camera directly at the sun and not be blinded. I think that's all I can ask
