Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone used this film with flash? I may be shooting this in a small club with the usual red blue green stage lighting. Is there anything I should know about this film's performance before I experiment with it? Thanks.

A: I think it works well

Q: 2. what is the expiration date on this item? thank you.

A: Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to inspect the expiration dates of our film. We store film according to industry standards, and any film that is 6 months from expiring or less is never sold as new, but rather featured and discounted as short-dated film. The volume of film that we buy and sell however in general keeps our shelves stocked with fresh stock on most popular film types.

Q: 3. Will this film work with a Canon AE-1 program Camera?

A: Yes, the Kodak GOLD 200 Color Negative Film (35mm Roll Film) will work with the Canon AE-1 Program Camera.

Q: 4. How many pictures do you get with each roll?

A: Each roll has 24 exposure, However depending on the SLR that is being used, you might get a little more than 24 exposures.

Q: 5. Is this film dx coded?

A: Yes it is

Q: 6. What is the expiration date?

A: Typically the expiration date is about a year from purchase.

Q: 7. is this a c41 film ?

A: Yes it is. The Film Photography Project Low ISO Color Negative Film (35mm Roll film, 24 Exposures),BH #FIFPP1080, requires C-41 film processing.

Q: 8. Is it ok to store the film in the fridge for like 9 months after it’s already exposed and then develop it? Will it be effected?

A: You can certainly keep film in the fridge, exposed or unexposed, but I don't know that I would wait 9 months to have it developed. The sooner the better.

Q: 9. What is the expiry date of the film?

A: Film sold through B&H will have an expiration date no less than 6 months from the purchase date unless clearly marked as short dated.

Q: 10. When is the best before date?

A: B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general, we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately, we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.

[4.2 x 1.4 x 1"] From another world, but a pleasing one. The colors are just off-kilter enough to be pleasing; if Kodachrome was reconstructed with whimsy, it would be this film.

[24] this came out exactly the way I wanted to photos to come out. It gives it a cool tone retro look. I think the lighting really helped it as I went to a cemetery during the golden hour. Also the residents were really easy to work with and i got perfect shadowing. i will definetly by this film again.
