A: No.That would mean that you would have to put holes in the picture. These are just the perfect size for an 11 x14 print. What you want is another item with an additional 1 edge for the binder rings. Also, you will need a special binder that is sized appropriately for the wider page. I have both. but these are not designed for binders.

Q: 5. Are these a hard thicker plastic or a very thin plastic? I'm looking for something more rigid.

A: The ClearFile Print Protector (12 x 18", 10-Pack) is not rigid. Many people place a mat board into a print protection sleeve in order to prevent accidental folding or bending of the print.

Q: 6. I wish to use sleves for fine art matte paper that has a weight of 330g/sq.m and thickness of 0.43mm, 17mil. Would these sheets be suitable for A3+ prints of this weight and thickness?

A: Yes, the pictures will fit, and be protected.

A: The Start by Prat Archival Sheet Protectors (8.5 x 11", 10-Pack) are not the exact same items that come with the Itoya Art Portfolio Multi-Ring Refillable Binder (8.5 x 11"). However, these Sheet Protectors will fit in the Itoya Binder.

Q: 8. Is it possible to laminate prints one sided with these?

A: These are plastic envelopes for sliding photos or prints into to protect them, not laminating plastic sheets. Look for laminating supplies.

Q: 9. Do these sleeves have a self-sealing glue strip?

A: There is no glue strip on these sleeves. The prints would load from the top which open ended.

Q: 10. are the sleeves for 3-ring notebooks ?

A: No they have no holes

[33 x 27 x 1"] We wanted to store several large prints and posters flat rather than rolled up, and this does the job very well! (We paired this with two large pieces of acid-free foam board from a local store to add some rigidity and protect the corners of the paper.) For something this big, opening flat by virtue of a three-sized zipper is critically important feature. The portfolio shipped rolled up, but flattened out nicely after a couple of days. 5

[5.2 lb] This portfolio was perfect for storing 2'x3' laminated paper/poster game boards. Was large enough to protect the edges and corners and had the interior straps to keep the gameboards from buckling and curving under their own weight when standing on edge. 5

[33 x 27 x 1"] The Prat Portfolio arrived in packaging damaged by the delivery folks but was well protected for shipping. This portfolio is well made, durable and professional looking. I researched a large number of options and pricing and found that B&H Photo carried the better brands and offered the most competitive pricing for what I was looking for. 5
