A: i have been using this adapter for quits some time , i shot alot of landscape videos with the fd 28/2.8 (sony a7s) and i can tell that focal scale is correct and u can pick hypefocal points according to the lens markings with no problem.

Q: 5. I own a Canon Rebel T5 and found a Spratone lense, 500mm F8 t mount. Will this adapter allow me to use that lense on my camera?

A: Aperture priority mode will work; program mode and shutter priority modes willnot work, as the adapter will not engage the shutter control. Full manual mode will also work;I don't know if the rebel has an aperture priority mode, or a built in manuallight meter. I use the aperture priority mode on an EOS30D and EOS5D, withgreat results. [67 mm] You can use this adapter to attach different things to your Canon camera. For example, build your own art or special effect lens barrels with PVC pipe and fit the PVC to this adapter and attach it confidently to your camera. Or, of course, just use it with your telescope! 5

[0.1 lb] This product works perfectly. Someone wrote in that it became loose after a few months. There are three very tiny screws that secure the inner ring to the outer ring. They are there so that you can rotate the lens so that the markings are readable. They must be tightened. 5
