[Zipper] See my prior review ... I keep finding more and more uses for this gem! An additional note that it fits perfectly inside every front bucket pocket of Billingham bags, keeping everything neatly together and preventing potential fall-outs.

[Empty] In the two weeks I've owned this, it's gone with me out of town and on hikes, carrying small items like spare contact lenses and sanitizing wipes. For photography purposes, it's handy for quick access to cables, batteries and other small things I would otherwise have to fumble around for in my bag.

[Black] I now own six of these pouches and have each labeled for a different purpose (i.e. SL2, M11, R3, Profoto, Essentials, Personal) and find that they are indispensable. Each can carry the spare batteries, remotes, etc, for each system so that I just grab the pouch and know that I have everything I need as I load a camera bag for the day. They are sturdy but flexible, and have an internal zippered area for small items like memory cards, hex keys, etc. The back of the pouch includes both a spot to thread a belt of strap through -- I often carry one on the outside of my bag for quick access this way. And a second pass through with elastic on the back could be used for wider straps or to hold wrappers, lens caps, etc, as you work. The size is excellent, making these pouches key to my workflow.

[Zipper] I bought this to put accessories in when I'm out shooting macro pictures. It put a small paint brush, bottle for misting, small scissors and various other things I take with me.

[Empty] If you need pouches that fit graflok digital back plates that will help protect the prongs, this is the real deal. Fits in my backpack sleeve very well. Glad to have found them as I bought two.

[Empty] I purchased two of these Shimoda Pouches from B&H and they have become an indispensable part of my gear transport collection. I'm buying two more today! They are the perfect size for organizing smaller items and keeping them together. I have one for batteries, one for lighting gear, one for miscellaneous items like tripod parts & cable release, one for Leica-M specific items, etc. I attached a small colored ribbon to the zipper pull to differentiate the pouches. They allow me to move gear quickly between bags, and since everything stays together these pouches have saved me from forgetting small items that are critical to a photo shoot workflow. The belt tunnel loop is secure (I cant imagine how one reviewer lost the pouch while using it) -- I don't use it on a belt, but it works perfectly on the back of my Holdfast MoneyMaker harness strap (keeping an extra battery close at hand, but out of the way) and on the outside straps of my NYA-EVO backpack and Billingham & Ona bags. The only addition that I'd love to see is is a loop on the outside (similar to the Patagonia Black Hole cubes, which are larger than this pouch) to allow for a carabiner clip to hook on to the pouch.

As a side note, I did purchase two of the folding Shimoda organizers. They are equally nice quality and design, but too bulky when folded when you store anything thicker like batteries. If you're organizing cords or filters, those would be a fantastic option.

[Empty] I needed something to put GoPro Batteries, Small Nodal Slide, and an Intervalometer in with the receiver. This turned out to be a perfect size. I love how it fits in my core unit and has the ability to mount to my side/belt strap for easy access. This is the best pouch for batteries, miscellaneous items like snacks, trash, or even some larger gear if needed.

[Empty] I have a few digital plate adapters that were in need of a storage solution. This fits the bill nicely. Whether in my backpack or on a shelf, my Graflok digital adapter plates fit nicely inside this pouch, and the prongs are protected by turning the plate so they face the middle padding. One plate per pouch!

[Empty] I mainly store my batteries and sd card wallet in this pouch, but I also use the belt loop to hold a small tool pouch. While not its original intention, it works great and keeps all the smaller knick-knacks together in one place.
