[MDF, Steel] Won't find many reviews on this desk online, had a hunch this was gonna be a winner and pulled the trigger. Happy it turned out to be a winner, desk is solid. Came packaged well, no damage from shipping. Instructions were limited, easy to figure out when you lay it out. Liked that it had two separate motors, one for each leg, instead of one with a shaft that runs across to the other leg.


I'm 5-7 160 pounds, sat on the desk and hit the up button to see if it could support my weight, my weight definitely didn't slow the desk down any, operation is smooth and quiet. A big W on this purchase!

[90 lb] I bought about a month ago because I was having back and leg pain. This was a great buy. I looked at several other much more expensive options by other brands. This works great, for less money. The electric motor works properly. It's quiet and I can set a timer to go off to remind me to change the height.

[90 lb] Sturdy and was exactly what I ordered. The quality and durability seem to be very good.

[2] I bought this SKU (BH #UNRUGBK) from B&H and was a little worried about what was going to arrive. Multiple colors shown on the listing, etc.



Fast forward to delivery:
- This is the Black top and dark grey legs.
- Good directions (make sure you read them through before you start)!
- There are no pre-drilled holes in this desk. It's a great thing, just make sure that you line up your legs evenly,etc. When you finally get everything screwed together it's SUPER solid!
- Motors are strong and quiet.

I have owned a 4 different sit/stand desks, this is by far the best. Purchase with confidence and enjoy the savings!

[2] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home and I've had this desk for a month now. It's great:
1. The electronic raise and lower mechanism works perfectly, with a 100 adjustable heights to get it perfect. I'm short (5'5") and have trouble getting things to the right height. No problem here. There are three positions it can memorize. Right now I have two set - my sit height and stand height. Super easy to adjust between them.
2. The finish is great. It's smooth and solid. I sometimes eat at my desk (working lunch) and have crumbs. Super easy to clean off without any marks. I just like how it looks and feels.
3. The weight is also really great. Sometimes I put my legs against the desk and lean on it. My old desk would move when I do this. Not so here because it's got a solid weight.

Flaws but not deal breakers:
1. Installation - this was mostly fine except one top piece did not have holes drilled and this was intentional. I found this confusing because the other top piece did have holes. This caused more work than needed and I found it annoying in an otherwise pain free setup.
2. The front drawer got in my way when I was sitting and I found annoying. But no problem, I just unscrewed the mount for this and removed it with no discernible effect.

Last, a Pro-tip: if you're standing, buy a standing mat to keep your feet comfortable. This desk works great when you add a mat.
