These barn doors work great with the AEOS Light.

These barndoors are a perfect fit for my SP-E500 fixtures. They attached tightly to the instruments and function perfectly. I've been wanting this attachment since I got the lights several years ago and pleasantly surprised when Generay made them available. Works like a champ!

I have two of the earlier model (SP-E-500B) lights and have struggled with makeshift barndoors, so I was thrilled with B&H's product alerts letting me know when these were available.

I can report that these do fit perfectly on the SP-E-500B lights.

These doors are well made, with excellent fit and finish and just enough weight to let you know they're going to last. They mounted easily in a couple of minutes with nicely finished thumbscrews, attaching to the top and bottom center mounting holes. They open and close smoothly and stay where you put them. They fold up nicely, adding only about 1/2 to the lights when packing them up.

Let me start with the barn door spring tension design they develop for the LUXLI Timpani 2. It fits the Timpani so elegantly and effectively. To remove is even faster and it doesn't leave marks on the light's body. Very impressed. The construction is all metal and the barn door can be tightened in the future if you use it a lot. The way it came, no adjustment was necessary. The barn doors stay where you leave them.

The barn doors do the job for what a barn doors set of this size does.
But if you need to block even more light spill, a company named Angler makes a softbox for the Timpani 2 and also make the grid for it sold separately if you are also interested. BH #ANLEDSBG1818. I have both, the softbox and grid and they fit absolutely perfect.

i'm assuming it does what it's supposed to do, don't expect anything different.

These do what they're supposed to do. Got them as part of a kit that came with the light

Great product! I had this AHA moment of adding a softbox to an already
diffused LED light (Godox). This is when I realized what was lacking to
make my video conferencing stand out (I am a therapist, and part of my work involves teletherapy). I may be wrong, but this is the only softbox for rectangular LED lights. It is straightforward to install and use.

Easy to attach and use. However cannot figure out how to attach the soft box kit.  I have a feeling that it must fit on the outside of the doors to get the benefit of its reflective interior. But? 
Otherwise, the doors are great and easily and safely attached.
