The EPOS SENNHEISER HSL 10 II Headset Lifteris designed to work with most any typical office desk phone. When set up, the lifter will automatically lift the wired handset during an incoming call, letting you pick up and talk via your IMPACT headset (not included). When the call is over, the lifter lowers the handset back into place. This lifter is compatible with the following EPOS/SENNHEISER IMPACT headsets: DW Series, SD Series, SDW 5000 Series, and D 10 Series.

A: Yes. I place mine on the charger every day when I leave work, so it stays charged all the time. One time I forgot and the next day it did what you described, so I had to do without it until it charged up a little.

this is very comfortable. great noise reduction, bluetooth pairing with the cellphone was easy to setup. I got this because I'm often on zoom or the phone all day and this headset is comfortable to have on for many hours. Note though, the first model that I got had to be returned (no problem, B&H did the exchange) because the right speaker did not function. 5

This headset supports connectivity via USB for use as a PC headset and via Bluetooth for use with cell phone calls. The base makes it easy to switch between PC and Bluetooth. The bluetooth connection is between the base and the cell phone, with DECT to the headset. So you leave the phone on your desk and take the headset with you if you want to walk around. DECT has much better range than Bluetooth and is not affected by microwave ovens or WiFi, so calls are clear and consistent at all times. 5

This is an absolutely solid headset. Audio and microphone both sound great. The dock has connectivity via USB for computer such as softphone/ teams/ zoom, connectivity via bluetooth for any variety of devices, and connectivity via the EHS cable which adapts for my desk phone. Switching between the applications works great and the call waiting tone isn't intrusive. I use the binaural model which gives me better focus while on a call. The range of the headset is also very good where I can walk around the entire office without dropping conection. 5
