[0.16 lb] I would have liked the OEM earpads on the NDH 20 to last more than two years. The replacement earpads from B&H are authentic. Use a hot air gun on low to medium heat to relax the material (surface and interior padding) before mounting. Be patient and persistent gently stretching the earpad into place. Humor, use about twenty fingers to keep the earpad from slipping around the circumference - until the earpad is fully seated. Enjoy the new fit on your ears.

[0.16 lb] The isolation these offer is great, they totally shut out noise from the outside world.

Their midbass response is very emphasized, to the point of them sounding a little underwater-ish out of the box. I have it EQ'd down about 3db centered on 350Hz, spanning from about 150-800Hz and with that they sound immaculate. Definitely my favorite pair of headphones I've tried to date, I prefer these over DT 770 or Sundara (the other headphones I have experience with).

They have a powerful bass response but not at the expense of other frequencies, if you're into electronic music or anything with substantial low-end, these will do it justice.

The headband isn't padded extremely well, they are plenty comfortable at first but after a few hours of wearing them it can get fatiguing on the head, I added a few adhesive memory foam pads to the headband to remedy this.

If you're after a perfectly flat response, look into the endless open back options. But if isolation and really present low-end response is what you want, these will take you to another world!

These headphones are very expensive and replacing ear pads is the easiest way and the cheapest way to perhaps fix them the ear pads wear out about every two years and I wear them constantly every day all day. BNH was the only supplier that had them. I got them and they went on relatively easy. It does take some work but having new ear pads is remarkably amazing.
