In addition, the 2.4GHz receiver has trouble during wakeup if the Mac has been 'sleeping', many times my receiver needs to be unplugged/replugged so the Mac OS can find it again, this is a pain in the neck. I have called Kensington Support and all they could suggest was to put new batteries in the Expert Mouse, of course that made zero difference. I have been a USB Expert Mouse Trackball user for over 10 years but this model does not work right with Mac's. The Trackball software and Expert Mouse are flawed, don't waste your money.
