If you are smaller it'd likely be difficult to get a snug fit. It looks very expandable from there though. My 6'2 220lbs. friend used it no problem. So if you are bigger/taller you'd be fine. Not sure what the upper ceiling is for weight/height. All straps are adjustable seem to conform to various body types. Hope this helps!
