[5.2 x 4 x 1"] I purchased these for my Ona Brixton messenger bag. The stock dividers are roughly half the height of the bag. I like to divide the interior of my bag into fourths with one of these tall dividers on one side, a short divider in the middle, and a short divider on the other side. The tall divider lets me keep a 70-200 f/2.8 neatly on one side against the side of the bag. If you like to carry a large lens or other tall object in your Ona bag, this is a great option. This is also great for separating non-photography items from cameras and lenses, as it divides the entire height of the bag's interior. Additionally, I often use my Ona bag for non-photography purposes, given how well styled it is. When I'm not carrying a camera (or maybe if I am and am just feeling very brave), this is a great divider to stow a water bottle away from the rest of my things.

[Hook & Loop] I wanted a great bag just large enough to safely and discreetly carry a single lens mounted onto my Hasselblad X1D II camera. My physically largest Hasselblad lens is the 80mm f/1.9 (shown in my photography). This Ona Bond bag can easily accommodate physically longer lenses than the Hasselblad 80mm f/1.9 while mounted on a similar Hasselblad. This is a very beautifully made leather camera bag.

[5.2 x 4 x 1"] Recently, I purchased a ONA Brixton camera bag. After putting it to immediate use, I found this stylish bag to be perfectly suited to carrying my camera, several lenses, and other support items. However, thinking that the supplied dividers were a little short and did not provide full protection to my gear, I ordered two larger dividers. 
After receiving these, I reconfigured by bag with a combination of the Larger and regular size dividers.
This has provided an ideal arrangement and perfect protection for whatever I loaded into my varsity bag.
I highly recommend the ONA Brixton and the Large Dividers. The combination will allow you to make whatever adjustments you need to support and protect your gear.
