A: It is twice as big as the smaller one. It is too expensive, but it makes beautiful diffused light. I guess they can charge what they want as long as people are buying. I have two sets. I just worry about wear and tear in the future. I haven't had an issue yet though.

A: No eggcrate. Just one fronfilter silk. I ordered an extra pack with 3 front filters extra ( full/half/quarter . Cheap and usefull add on.Eggcrate available to buy, but little expensiveHope it helps

A: Tested in the super store the unit offers 7,200 lumens.

A: Roughly 17 x 17 which are the dimensions of the 40 degree Snap Grid that fits inside the Snap Bag.

Q: 5. Can this be used in conjunction with the adapter frame and Honeycomb grid?

A: This box already includes the Frame. This is the compatible Grid. Litepanels 40° Grid for Astra 1x1 and Hilio D12/T12 Snapbag B&H # LIG40SBA1X1 MFR # 900-0028

A: Yes, the Ulanzi W49 Mini LED Light will work with rechargeable batteries. Two AA batteries are required.

A: No, the TRP WORLDWIDE Snapbag for Octa 5' Softbox, B&H # TRSBRRUO5, does not include a Bowens S-mount speed ring. Instead, the TRP WORLDWIDE Snapbag Octa 5' Rabbit Rounder for Bowens Mount, B&H # TRSBRRO5, would be the option that includes the Bowens S-mount speed ring.

Q: 8. what distance can this light effectively be used at?

A: This light is most effective between 3-6 feet. It will probably provide a soft glow at up to 8 ft, but no more than that.

[Fabric] Purchased two of these along with the Astra’s and they work great! I’ve used Chimera’s for a couple of decades with various lights and love them, too. But, I find that these set up as fast and are of the same quality as the Chimera’s. The first time using them, it did take a bit to get them situated correctly. But now, I can attach them in less than 30 seconds (not counting the front defusion). I like the fact that you don’t need a speed ring, and they fold up fast. They are worth the extra money and will last as long as anything else out there. 5

[Fabric] The Snapbag is well built, installs quickly, packs down flat, and does a fine job diffusing your light. Could it be bigger? Yeah, maybe, but for it's size, it does an excellent job. 5
