Command a room while on the move, not tethered to the projector or TV. Miracast technology enables your mobile device to beam HD video directly to the ELMO Cast, plugged into the monitor's HDMI port. High-bandwidth, dual-stream Wi-Fi ensures that no quality will be lost in transmission.

The ELMO Cast is built to preserve your video's quality as it streams from your device to the screen. For movies playing at 24 fps, you'll get resolution up to 4096 x 2160.

The device is designed to be as efficient as possible, not relying on various components connected via a motherboard, but integrated into a cohesive system-on-chip design. It also includes 1GB of DDR3 memory, which helps keep your playback smooth and uninterrupted.

Using Miracast technology, ELMOCAST can receive live footage from a STEM-CAM (available separately), so instructors can share experiments or student projects in real time.

Cylindrical is the regular antenna you use for most of the cases when the Transmitter and Receiver are at the same height or horizontal. The Triumph Mushroom, and Lollipop antennas are used when the Transmitter and Receiver in big height difference, for example, you put the transmitter on top of the jib while the receiver is mounted with the monitor on the ground.

[6 W] This is just awesome. I chose the 4K version and was a bit skeptical, however, the Mars 4K didn't disappoint. Worked right out of the box.
I could preview it on a monitor, I tried the TV and iPad too. Everything worked well together. I did not test the range, but it works well in my studio and on the TV in the next room in 4K.
Just a heads up, if you have an older TV is 1080p, it might not recognise the 4K signal and display 'no signal'. When I switched to 1080p recodring on camera, it worked on that screen too. Just FYI.

[0.57 lb] I needed to compliment this transmitter with my Mars M1 Monitor while using the Tilta Hydra Alien.

I am able to monitor my camera from the DJI Ronin RS3 pro gimbal from inside the car and even in the chase car.

[0.57 lb] I already have the wireless M1 monitors and wanted this transmitter because I know that now I can mount this to my camera and have it transmit the camera's feed to both my Mars M1 monitors. They work flawlessly and now I don't need to have my monitor on my camera to get a wireless feed going. If you are already in the hollyland ecosystem then this is a great addition to it

[Yes] Solid, good build quality. Linking them is super easy and stable. Having the HollyLive app is nice so you can have an iPad as a set monitor or what Not. One downside is that if you have HDMI in to the transmitter, you have to have an HDMI out of the receiver. It would be nice to have the ability to have HDMI into the transmitter and SDI out of the receiver. Really that's the only feature it's missing. Over I would recommend for a cheaper yet still solid wireless transmitter.

[1 GB DDR3] I got these and they were much better than I ever expected. Very simple to use with plenty of input options and power options. What you should know is there is a tiny slight delay. This you can minimize by not using hdmi, some monitors will have hdmi delay that adds to the tiny delay these have. For 99 percent of the things you can use these for you won’t even notice the delay. It was a very hard decision for me to make when I eventually decided on a Teradek system that was four times of price. But has 0 delay. It was a high price difference for 8 ms difference. So for the price you can’t beat these, they are awesome. And a must have.

[0.57 lb] If you're looking for a 4K tx with great features, build quality and reliable you have found it. The company I work at mainly use teradek brand but have used this for roaming cams. I purchased this for my own personal use and previously used the Hollyland mars 400s pro for 1080p transmission. I was impressed by its performance so much and wanted to upgrade to 4K.

Pros
- I love the metal build quality. Buttons felt tactile and responsive. Even the feel of the power switch feels premium.
- I like these Antennas over the thinner ones from the 400s pro and they provide 450 feet of range I believe.
- Many options to power the device (screw dc cable, npf battery or usb-c)
- wireless transmission to iOS and Android devices
- The wireless feed is very smooth and has accurate colors

Cons
- At the time of using the wireless with an iPhone I was not able to import my own custom luts even though it is advertised. I tried it on an iPad and was able to import. I'm sure it will be updated soon
- There is a very slight lag since there is a .06 latency but not too bad. I might not use it for situations where a focus puller it required. Other than that I've used it without issue in live events.
- Only way to transmit a 4K feed is through hdmi which i use anyway. SDI port can only do 1080

Overall, this is another great product from Hollyland that I recommend if you're looking for a reliable transmission system for live events, small productions and situations that you need 4K. My favorite feature is being able to transmit to multiple devices fit example to the DP, camera operator, on a camera mounted on a gimbal etc. Now I will probably pick up the Mars M1 monitor that doubles as a transmitter!
