Q: 8. I have had this unit for a few years; loved it in the beginning, but then....people (on the other end) would have trouble hearing me. Maybe it's my phone line. A: You can get a mix minus from an aux bus. Send the aux to the hybrid and pot up everything but the hybrid on that aux bus.
