There is a reversible USB-C male connector on each end. Otherwise, it supports up to 10 Gb/s via USB 3.1 standards. A: Yes it will. You should turn off one, connect them, and then start it while pressing t and it will enter Target mode (it will show the Thunderbolt icon).
