Box Dimensions (LxWxH)11.55 x 6.8 x 4.25"

Fit is based on your height and broadness. The ideal carrying position of the MoneyMaker is for the strap to fall about 4" below the armpit so your cameras stay high on your body.

Small: Height of 5'7" and below (if you are broad built, size up)

Medium: Height between 5'8"-6'2" (if you are slender, size down, broad built - size up)

Large: Height of 6'3" and above OR wear extra-large clothing (if you are slender, size down)

An optimum fit ensures the most comfort long term. If the MoneyMaker is worn too loose it will cause the cameras to swing and sway too much, which puts pressure on your lower back. The straps will also tend to move and slip more. When worn properly, the MoneyMaker will be anchored to your body and actually help to correct poor shooting posture by pulling your shoulders upright and back, keeping you and your cameras in line. When the main straps are around 4" below the arm pit area, this will place the clip that attaches to the camera right around your waist line. There should be a good amount of arm bend when your hand is on the camera at resting position.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this for a single slider, of for a pair?

A: It's a single slider. I'm not sure how I feel about them. The original O rings would pinch my arms until I got used to them. The new sliders cause the harness to slide down my back. I constantly have to reposition them.

Q: 2. Does this model of the Money Maker have the new slide mechanism like on Holdfast's website? Or is it the older round sliders?

A: Yes this model has the most current slide mechanism.

Q: 3. Since there are no buckles at chest level, do the shoulder straps have a tendency of slipping off your shoulders?

A: It does not slide off your shoulders. It should fit well and hold your camera gear.

Q: 4. His do you have the buffalo leather holdfast harness in a burgundy ? That’s for the water buffalo leather

A: I'm sorry, no, we don't have this model in burgundy.

Q: 5. Is HoldFast Gear The Camera Holdfast Accessory Clip (Quick Release Plate Compatible) included with the Money Maker original?

A: Yes, it comes with 2 clips as stated in whats in the box; In the Box HoldFast Gear Money Maker 2-Camera Buffalo Leather Harness (Tan, Small) 2 x HoldFast Gear The Camera Holdfast Accessory Clip 2 x Camera Leash Limited Lifetime Warranty

Q: 6. Is there a size chart? What sizes are medium and large?

A: According to the manufacturer, the ideal carrying position of the MoneyMaker is for the strap to fall about 4 below the armpit so the camera rest higher on the body. A small sized harness would be for an individual at a height of 5 7 and below. A medium sized harness would be for an individual at a height of 5 8- 6 2. Lastly, a large sized harness would be for an individual at height of 6 3 and above or if they wear extra large clothes. They also state that if your size falls into one of these ranges but youre really built or broad shouldered, then you should go a size up. Otherwise, if you are tall and slender, then you can size down.

Q: 7. How easy is it to take the camera off the clip?

A: I find it's a two handed job that I prefer to do sitting, just in case the camera slips out of my hand. Not incredibly difficult though. But definitely secure enough to keep your cameras on there with the main clip and the safety fabric loop. I usually take my camera off for family formals during a wedding, and when we're sitting down to eat, but other than that I keep them on.

Q: 8. What is the difference between the $179 vs $230?

A: Hi--the $230 item has black hardware, while the $179 item has silver hardware.

Q: 9. Would using this for only one camera make the weight uneven and strap uncomfortable?

A: The HoldFast Gear MoneyMaker Two-Camera Swagg Harness (Black, Cotton Canvas) is designed for two cameras. If you use it with one camera it will not be balanced.

Q: 10. Does this Moneymaker come with the new slide mechanism as advertised on Holdfast's website or the older round one?

A: This will be the most current version of the Money Maker Two-Camera Harness.

[1.71 lb] I'll cut to the chase. I love this harness and I am not a wedding photographer. I shoot lots of rodeo and outdoor equine events. My setup is a D800 with Battery grip and a 24mm and a D850 with battery grip and a Sigma 135mm or 70-200mm. Not a lightweight setup. I don't like carrying a camera bag and I need to move fast along with being past 60 with a bad back. I tried other setups and had cameras flying and a sore neck. This rig works great provided you take the time to set it up. Watch the videos and do it right. It fits perfectly I can carry it for hours without back or neck pain and my cameras are always within reach. The leather, hardware, and workmanship are all top-notch, I'm a horse tack snob and this passes my test, it will last a lifetime. I made a few non-permanent changes so I could use peak design fasteners. The hardware included is bombproof and along with the included safety straps ends any worry of dropping a camera. I have no regrets and I'm sorry I waited so long to buy it, oh and it looks great too.

[1.71 lb] Fantastic quality. Solid and comfortable. The cameras are so much easier to wear (distributed weight not killing your neck), speedy to access. Glad I purchased this.

[1.71 lb] The original Holdfast Moneymaker in bridle leather is the best camera harness there is. Period. I bought this one because the D-rings on my other one would get caught in my hair when I wear it long. So now it's perfect!

[Gold] Ii was covering an outdoor track meet with two cameras when I noticed a pro photographer using this harness. I ordered it the next day and will never use two individual straps again. This is so comfortable, does not tangle up, and each camera is instantly available. Best accessory I've bought in years!

[Gold] I think the leather moneymakers are a bit more comfortable but these are not too bad. I bought these because of price and color selection but I'm happy that they work superbly. With any harnesses you will have to worry about your cameras clashing and bouncing off things but this is worth not having to constantly adjust two camera straps over your shoulders and/or neck. I have full confidence in this harness carrying my cameras and never worried about cameras dropping. Seems to be high-quality product that'll last so worth every penny. :)

[1.71 lb] I'm not usually a fan of strap systems like this, so many are overkill and unnecessary even as a working photographer. For everyday shooting this isn't necessary, however for shooting anything like a wedding, for carrying around two cameras all day this thing is amazing! It distributes the weight evenly across your back and shoulders which is great when your on your feet 12 hours +, it also makes swapping quickly between both camera bodies much faster than hanging the from your shoulders. Would recommend to anyone especially wedding photographers.

[1.71 lb] Noticeable difference in how smooth and easy these slide on the strap over the original pre-2016 stock D ring sliders. No snags and no more worries about pinching. Out of the package the sliders are a little longer than my stock sliders, but easy enough to adjust. Quick and easy swap and ready to go. Totally worth the purchase if you have an older Holdfast.
