Q: 1. Is there a way to order both the mouse and matching trackpad with the iMac Pro? I only see the mouse listed, and the trackpad is not listed in possible accessories.

A: If you wanted the trackpad, I would recommend ordering it separately. We will not be getting systems with both in the box.

Q: 2. Photoshop CS6 is working with Mojave OS on my current Mac. What OS does the iMac pro come with? BH says CS6 will not work with iMac pro. If that is the case I will have to get a regular iMac loaded with extra ram and a 1T ssd hard drive. Any opinions out there. Thanks, Sam

A: Adobe software older than the Creative Cloud (CC) versions are not officially supported on macOS 10.14 Mojave. The computers now will come with 10.14 Mojave.

Q: 3. Is it Worth it?I had an iMac for 8 years. I was able to upgrade the RAM after 4 years. I paid $3000.00 plus at the time got great life with little hassle. The PC Operating System has gotten better...There seem to be less viruses than the past...and the operating system..Windows 10 is quite stable. Is it worth paying for an iMac Pro that I can do little to for upgrading something as simple as Ram. I can get a PC that is kitted out and at least upgrade a few components if needed. I don't know tthis time around Apple if I truly want to give you my Money.-2nd Guest

A: It depends on how you plan to use the iMac Pro. If you commonly use multiple applications at the same time; work with video editing and format conversion; develop software, or undertake complex simulations, then the iMac Pro would be a great option. If you use your computer for word processing, spreadsheets, web browsing; and similar work, then an a new standard iMac is a great option. I would recommend that you avoid configuring a standard iMac with a top end CPU and GPU because of heat management issues that cause the fans to run, which can annoy some users. The iMac Pro has a completely different dual fan cooling system and I have yet to hear the iMac Pro's fan run. Also not that the CPU, memory, and flash drives are upgradable with the new iMac Pro, but it's something probably best left to a certified Apple service facility. With 32 GB of RAM the minimum configuration for the iMac Pro, you should be in great shape for a long time, unless you begin to work with 4K video in the future. Actually, the iMac Pro is a pretty good deal if you just consider the costs of a Xeon W series CPU, the Radeon Pro Vega graphics processor, the insanely fast flash drive, the stunning 5K monitor, and 32GB of 2666MHz DDR4 ECC memory. Plus the iMac has a second separate GPU, the T2, that manages overhead activities and security.

Q: 4. Has anyone been rendering and exporting long duration videos (2+) hours long with the base model iMac pro? If so has it been stable and not overheating?

A: I have created a ton of videos around 15+ mins, but just a couple longer than an hour and zero problems. Best computer yet for FCPX...

Q: 5. will this battery work for mid 2012 processor 2.5 Ghz Dual-core Intel core i5?

A: Yes, the NewerTech NuPower Battery for 2009-2012 13" MacBook Pro (Excluding Retina Models) is compatible with 2009-2012 13" MacBook Pros so long as they are not the models with retina displays.

Q: 6. does it support notebooks with touch bar ?

A: No, this NewerTech NuPower Battery for 13" MacBook Air 2010 to 2017 is not compatible with the touch bar models.

Q: 7. Is the keyboard with numeric pad?

A: it is a standard apple keyboard with numeric pad (but wireless)

Q: 8. Does this battery come with an installation kit?

A: Included in the box, would be the following (1) NuPower Lithium Polymer Battery for MacBook Air 13" (2010-2017) (1) Pentalobe P5 driver (1) Torx T5 driver (1) Installation guide 1 Year Newer Technology Limited Warranty

Q: 9. what is the mah?

A: Capacity for the NewerTech 95W NuPower Battery Replacement Kit for 15" MacBook Pro Retina (Mid 2012 to Early 2013) measured in mAh has not been provided by the manufacturer.

Q: 10. My apple Pro lists model A1286, ser. # W80203TRAGZ. WHAT REPLACEMENT BATTERY WORKS IN THIS LAPTOP?

    A: You need the NWTBAP15MBU78N.

[11.4 VDC] Excellent and affordable 3rd party option to renew an older MacBook Air with a failed battery. Tools were included to swap out battery. This is the only 3rd party battery option I trust. Many thanks B&H for timely processing and shipping arrangements.

[11.4 VDC] It was a simple install. Has been working for 2 weeks now. The addition of the two screwdrivers was a nice touch as the driver set I own was slightly off for the internal screws.

[Lithium-Ion] My 2015 MacBook Pro died. We talked to a rep and he thought the problem was the battery. After watching a YouTube video for instruction, it took my husband about 1-1/2 hours to take out the old battery, clean the inside of the computer, and put the new battery in. As it turned out, the problem was actually that I needed a new power cable. But I got a new battery in the process. As always, B&H shipped promptly, with the battery actually arriving one day sooner than expected.

[Lithium-Ion] You'll appreciate the pentalobe screwdriver in the kit when it comes time to open up the hatch. Installation was a breeze and has breathed fresh life into a flaky laptop :-)

[Lithium-Ion] Mac runs for as long as it could day one! Easy to replace and kit came with everything needed. Screen died not too long after the repair so can't speak to the battery's longevity.

[11.4 VDC] I strongly recommend you watch the video tutorial instead of the guide that comes in the kit.

I wasn't aware of the contents of the kit, but you do get everything (minus acetone) you need to complete the battery removal. I thought I'd only get the screw drivers and battery haha

I've never taken apart any computer, ever and once I removed the back panel revealing the inner components, I did have a slight instance of panic haha. I found it hard/confusing to follow to guide included in the kit, but was a breeze when I switch to the video tutorial.

Be sure to set aside 3 hours to complete this task. I have a toddler so it took me about 5 hours. Once all the parts are removed, just keep track of it all (I had labelled ziplock bags with screw and parts) and putting it back will be a breeze!

I am beyond satisfied with the battery so far!! I'm actually using it comfortably right now. It for sure beats having to stay plugged in all the time and panicking each time the cable falls out from the magsafe lol

Bonus: my laptop is running even faster than it did before. Feels new again!!
