The Steadicam Steadimate-RS Aero 15 Arm & Vest Kitfrom Steadicam Steadimate-RS Aero 15 Arm & Vest Kitconverts your DJI RS 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, or RS 4 Pro handheld gimbal into a body-worn stabilizer system. This kit provides the gimbal yoke, post assembly, and balance stud from the Steadimate-RS, along with the required stabilizer arm and vest to complete your setup. The Aero 15 arm's load capacity of 15 lb and various 1/4"-20 threads on the Steadimate-RS give you flexibility with your gear configuration.

Full pan capability and 3-axis stabilization combine for enhanced movement while reducing image bouncing. Eight balance weights and two weighted 15mm rods give you precise control over the system's balance. The Aero vest is adjustable and provides ample padding for maximum comfort. The entire system transfers the weight of your rig to your hips to reduce fatigue and extend shooting times.

Q: 5. If I use my Sony A7SII, what cable do I need to use to be able to connect through the sled to send the signal to the on board monitor? or if it's included already?

A: You would need a DC powered converter box that converts HDMI to HD/SDI BNC. Operators will usually Velcro a converter box underneath the top stage and power it with the Steadicam D-Tap to 2.1mm DC power cable item # 815-0104. The Aero has 1x BNC video input connector and 1x D-Tap power output on the top stage.

A: The bag is 22 long, 10 tall and 6 wide. It has a zipper along the top and is made for the Steadicam A-15 and A-30 arm.

A: The Aero 15 is only compatible with Steadicam Stabilizers. It will not work with a Glidecam system. There are however arm and vest systems that will work with Glidecam stabilizers such as the X-10 Dual Support Arm Stabilizer Vest System, B&H # GLX10. [22.32 lb] Attached right into the cheese board I had on the underside of my camera rig. I was able to add the extra weight to it balance out for my flycam support vest. 5

[Vest System] excellent quality vest and arm. It is heavy but very safe to use. I already used the kit with the Flycam 300 camera stabilizer, my blackmagic pocket 4k and my sigma 50-100mm, that is, a kit of about 5 or 6 kilos and it feels smooth and manageable. I am very happy with the purchase 5

[Vest System] I'm using these with my Ronin-S. I attach them with a small cheese plate to the back of the Ronin-S' camera plate and it allows me to offset or move forward my Sony X70 far enough to operate in underslung and flashlight mode clearing the rear motor assembly. Props to Josh at Make Art Now for the tip. 5

[1/4"-20 Female] I purchased this product with little expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this is. It's easy to use, understand, and does the job perfectly of supporting a gimbal. I use this with a Ronin-S and it is just fantastic. Highly recommend it, especially for the price. 5

[1/4"-20 Female] Bought this to hold our ronin sc for an IRL stream at a tradeshow that needed to go virtual. Due to health concerns I was the only one allowed to run the stream and visit each of the booths set up for the exhibitors. I had the Ronin SC, Mic(s), and a YoloLiv (another AWESOME product) all attached and the Thanos Vest worked great. Saved my back. We streamed for 10hrs a day for 4 days and there is no way I could have done that without a vest like this. 5

[22.32 lb] We were in a toss up for a while whether to get the Zephyr for almost double the cost of this, and so glad we went with the AERO. For what were doing: flying the Alexa Mini with CN-E primes and flying Canon C300s most of the time, its perfect. Our Alexa Mini with 24mm Canon CN-E lens, Anton Bauer Cine 150 battery, Teradek 100, and Nucleus M follow focus is right at 18 pounds and feels great.
