Q: 1. Does this case fit as a carry-on for most airlines?

A: It absolutely fits in all overhead space. It's international carry-on dimension, so definitely for all US domestic flights, and international. Even on small planes it fit for me. I use mine, generally, for my camera equipment. So when I bring it on the flight, it never leaves my side.

Q: 2. I have the vert extension rods for the C100. Will that cause an issue with packing?

A: This case is designed to pack a broken down Ronin-M with the accessories it came with. Nanuk has a great video on their website showing the case in action. You may need to remove the Vertical Extension Rods to pack it in to this unit, it was designed for the Ronin-M as DJI originally designed it.http://bit.ly/1o6v5lq

Q: 3. Does it fit the I2 with X7 attached ?

A: I leave my camera attached. I have the 4 though. I am sure it would as long as the lens was not attached.

A: Yes, fit

Q: 5. will this fit the new ronin-mx?

A: With the Ronin-MX just released 3rd Party Manufactures have not had a chance to make a case specifically for it. This case may not work. Please keep an eye on our website for new product releases. At this point your best bet will be to purchase a case with foam that you can customize to fit the Ronin-MX.

Q: 6. Will this accommodate a Cendance remote or Crystal Sky? How many Batteries?

A: This case will hold up to 6 batteries, and should accommodate the crystal sky monitor. I do not believe this case will accommodate the Cedence transmitter.

Q: 7. Does this hold the Inspire 2 in Landing mode or travel mode?

A: Landing mode.

Q: 8. Will this fit in the overhead bin of an airplane?

A: Yes

[Precut Foam] Just what I needed. These stabilizers can be delicate and you need a good case to protect everything. This is a nice affordable case that has a place for everything. 5

[13.9 lb] Fantastic case, and the foam cutouts are perfect for the Ronin-M and accessories. One reviewer noted that the foam didn't fit his gimbal - it should be noted that the foam is set for the pan axis to only be in its starting position. If you have to adjust it at all (which most people will), it changes the shape of the gimbal handle so no pre-cut foam will fit it perfectly. That leaves you with two options: 1) return the axis to neutral before putting it away 2) use a knife and carefully slice a few centimeters of foam out of the way to allow your gimbal to fit in a variety of configurations I opted for the latter strategy. It looks clean and professional, took about 3 minutes, and the case is ready to go. Love this box! Amazing value to have the foam included at this price. 5

[Precut Foam] Fits the Ronin-M perfectly with all included accessories. There is a bit of room for a few other add ons like like a micro-clamp for a monitor and microphone and cables, etc. The case is large enough to provide adequate padding for air travel. Depending on the camera package you're using you may need to reset your balancing adjustments to fit it in the case which means an extra two minutes to adjust to the roll and pitch balance. 5

[Precut Foam] I bought this for the Ronin-M (duh)... and it's a great fit. Exact dimension to fit in overhead compartment if you were so inclined to fly with it.... but ultimately it's compact and makes good use of the space, so when I'm packing for a job the ronin-m is more likely to come along. 5

[13.9 lb] I love it! hard case and had everything pre-cut so all I had to do was put my gear it in! Everything fits great, and has some areas for other smaller accessories. Definitely worth the buy. 5
