[1] Hooked it up to an Intel Mac Mini and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is compared to our old LTO-5. The Mac Mini has 10GbE and the two LTFS tapes I've created so far from our NAS have been very fast. One was created with the included mLogic app (the name escapes me at the moment) and the other with MyLTO. 5

[1] Bought this for my xbox one x and love it. Read and write speeds are plenty fast to play even some of the biggest games straight from the expansion card. Definitly beats my seagate external hardrive i had. Which was much bigger and read and write speeds were too slow to play games. This expansion card is easy to use and is plug and play right out of the box. Good work WD.only thing i dknt like is how its more expensive than a regular ssd drive you make that holds more space than this card. 5

[1] I use this to archvie 4K digital cinema data, using a tape library to back up a RAID. The tapes are expensive and the process is slow and cumbersome, but it is probably the most stable format for archiving digital data. If you are developing a new system, you'll probably want LTO-6, but if you're already on LTO-5, this product is just fine. Keep in mind that eventually you will need custom labels, so buy a bunch of them in advance. 5
