The Thump215's mixer features two combo XLR-1/4" mic/line channels with dedicated gain controls, while an XLR output is provided for daisy-chaining additional speakers. A 3.5mm TRS aux input is also available on channel 2 for connecting your favorite portable player. The tough, impact-resistant polypropylene enclosure ensures protection from on-the-road wear and tear. The bottom of the cabinet provides a pole cup for mounting on a speaker pole or stand. [75 W] I recently purchased these speakers for a ladies retreat last weekend. That was my first time using them in a public space. The space was small and I used these speakers as my keyboard monitors. My keyboard did not go through the house speakers, as the sound person figured the speakers were loud enough for the space we were in. They looked nice and the sound of the grand piano from my Korg Kronos keyboard was crisp and clear, and powerful. It sounded like a studio. The strings were rich and nice. I really loved it. This was a good deal as it came with the tote bags and stands. They did well for their debut. 5

[129 dB SPL] I had some 10” Alto TX210s that my special needs son uses for DJing. He was offered a job for an outside event at a local ski resort where these speakers had significant volume drop off at around 40-50 yds. The venue required coverage of a couple hundred yards. I bought the Thumps because of the base output and reviews, as I did not want to haul around subwoofers too. I looked at cheaper speakers, but wanted a durable cabinet that was weather resistant. I also looked at buying passive speakers with an amplifier. I purchased the Thumps as they had built in dual amplifiers with anti clip features and would have less cables to move around. They also came with some very sturdy poles and speaker cases in a package deal.. when I did a sound check at the venue I was amazed at how good the speakers sounded, with a very good amount of base. They project hundreds of yards with full sound and at a relatively low volume setting. These speakers will work great for him for many years to come. 5

[Class-D] Purchased this set up as an upgrade from a smaller PA. Volunteered to run sound for a duo of friends at a local bar and it blew the house down. [Class-D] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them last month to use at a church picnic. They were perfect for a 2 acre sized area for music and announcement. Bluetooth is unexpectedly strong. I was able to be 100 feet away from the system and could still pick up my phone's Bluetooth signal. Awesome and easy to snap together, carry around and store. Added little nice feature was the hidden compartment with microphone and cables. I love this little system! 5
