Q: 1. Will this filter holder attach to my canon 24-105mm f4 lens? My lens takes 77mm filter threads. Or do I need to buy an adapter with it?

A: Yes you will need the 77mm adaptor. You will need an adaptor sized to each different lens size in your bag. Watch out for the wide angle vs standard as well. Wide angle adaptors allow the filter to sit closer to the camera to avoid blocking view.

Q: 2. Will Lee release adapters for lenses with smaller filter threads in the future? I have lenses with 67mm and 58mm filter sizes. If not, can I use step up rings for smaller lenses?

A: SW 150 MK-II HOLDER KIT WHICH I BOUGHT IS FOR SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR FILTERS (ND GRAD OR 10 STOP SOLID ETC) NOT FOR CIRCULAR FILTER. HOW EVER,FROM FIGURE ABOVE IT IT SEEMS THAT IT IS FOR CIRCULAR FILTER.I want to tell you more that , unless you are combiling 2 to 3 filters at a time, not possible to get ultimate quality.Using one specific folter of circular size may be---thats why to go for square or rectangular filter.hope it will help you .

Q: 3. Will this work with the B&H 100mm filter holder (with the correct adapter)?

A: I can only assume it would. I have been using Lee's Lens hood with built in filter holder for years and highly recommend it.

A: Yes. Just make sure you get correct filter adapter. I use the 4x6 filters on mine.

A: The LEE Filters 100 x 100mm ProGlass IRND 4.5 Filter (15-Stop) B&H # LEPGIRN15100 is more expensive because it combines two filters in one. Not only the ND but it also has an IR filter as well. Because digital sensor are susceptible to the infrared that get through the ND, this helps to keep your blacks from going to a very-hard-to-correct magenta color shift.

A: Yes the LEE Filters 150 x 150mm SW150 Solar Stopper will fit in a Nisi 150mm holder.

A: I bought it for the Lee Filter system.I have never used NiSi system

A: Amit, to use the filter you have asked about you need to also have the filter holder, and the lens adaptor that are shown. The lens adaptor allows the filter holder to attach to the lens. The lens adaptor you choose must be based on the diameter of lens that you are going to use it on. So if you are going to use it on a 77mm diameter lens then you need to buy the 77mm adaptor similar to the one shown. If you have the correct lens adaptor and the SW150 Mark II adaptor as shown then the filter will be compatible with your lens. Typically the 150mm filter is for use on large diameter wide angle lenses. If yours is not this type of lens then you may want to use the 100mm or 75mm filters and required lens holder and adaptor. Alternatively you can purchase round ND filters that screw directly onto your lens without the need for a filter holder and adaptor, but make sure you order the correct diameter filter. [Solid ND] While my longer exposures often result in a conversion to B&W, I do start the processing of each image in color to see if I some compositions work in color. The exposure shift is very close to the rated value and the color cast is modest and easy to handle in a raw image. Highly recommend this filter. 5

[Solid ND] The little stopper filter works great in low light for those long exposers in the morning time or at sunset. Also for cloudy days when you need to cut the light a little for the effect you're looking for. You do get a little blue tint to the image, but it's easily fixed in Lightroom with just a click. 5

[72 mm] Lee filters have long been considered one of the best companies in the business. Their quality has been (for me at least) extremely good! While the huge, borderline-dizzying range of filters Lee produces is reassuring that you'll find a filter for almost every occasion... the downside is that it can a very hard to choose the right ones, and an expensive enterprise if you purchase the wrong ones. Please note that this filter (Like most Lee filters) requires the Lee Foundation Kit, or something similar to attach this filter to your lens(es). This isn't a circular screw-in filter. The foundation kit comprises of: - The filter holder (some hold 2 or even 3 filters stacked) - In interchangeable filter ring (possibly bought separately). Find out what filter diameter fits each of your lenses, and buy the appropriate rings.This system is great that way, you only buy what you need. Ok, so on to this particular Little Stopper filter: The ND filter works very well. It's hard to fault a filter at the best of times. I did have a minor blurry part in my shot, and upon inspection... that turned out to be a fingerprint... which was easily fixed. I do feel that this Little stopper... while yes, it's not the 10 stop Big stopper (Which is great by the way), is inaccurately named. 6 stops (or 1/64th the amount of light) isn't really little if you ask me. I know a lot of photographers are using 1,,2 and 3 stop ND filters...but far fewer use ones this little, or bigger. Obviously, choosing the right filter will depend on the brightness conditions, your desired exposure/aperture/depth of field, and of course, how slow you want your shot. The filter shines in conditions where the big stopper is too much, and the smaller ND filters aren't enough. So it's worth while if you're lacking the middle ground. 5
