The Ikelite DS162 TTL Underwater Strobe, with a UK charger, is the long-standing choice of professionals who need a strobe that can be relied on to perform over and over. Made of a lightweight polycarbonate-ABS blend, the DS162 emits a beam designed for proper spread and color temperature with no need for a light-reducing diffuser. Along with flash, the strobe can deliver a 2500-lumen COB LED beam for video work. Large, click-stop dial controls provide intuitive, tactical feedback of exposure settings and are easy to use even when wearing gloves. A slide lock prevents the strobe from accidentally turning on when not in use. The NiMH battery pack attaches quickly and easily with a unique toggle lock that prevents accidental floods. You don't even need to lubricate the O-ring. The strobe front is compatible with older NiMH battery packs #4066.5 or the DS230 strobe battery pack #40066BK.

A: I use the Turbo 3 with an SB900 and love it. Almost no recycle time at full power. Get the Quantum CKE/CKE2 cable to use with the SB900.

A: The Ikelite DS232 213Ws Underwater TTL Strobe with Video Light (US Power Supply) will last 1:15 minutes at full power. Half power for 4:45 minutes and 1/4 power for over 8 hours.

Q: 6. Does this work for continuous lighting?

A: I have not tried it with continuous lighting, but it works great with all my Nikon Flashlights BRB

Q: 7. how do I add a blue water filter with this port?

A: There really is not a blue water filter for the Ikelite DC3 6" Dome for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 Mark VI Underwater Housings. The workaround is to get Rosco E-Colour+ #779 Pink (21 x 24") Sheet. Q: 8. Are you sure this has a guide number of 72?

A: The Olympus UFL-3 Underwater Strobe Flash guide number is 22m or 72' at ISO 100 when used above water at full power. Olympus only list the guide number in meters, above water.

Q: 9. Is this dome compatible with the Sony Cybershot RX100 V11? You only have the RX100 V1 listed?

A: Ikelite DC3 6" Dome for Compact Underwater Housings BH #IK6403 is compatible with Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII Digital Camera BH #SODSCRX1007 as well.

Q: 10. is this strobe compatible in RC mode with TG-3?

A: The RC mode on the Olympus UFL-3 strobe does work with the Olympus Stylus TOUGH TG-3. [110°] I only bought this to have as a spare. The metal fittings are now aluminum, rather than chome-plated brass which opens up concerns over electrolysis for those of us that have a habit of leaving our systems together. I'm not sure why Ikelite changed this... perhaps to save weight and cost. Anyway, it's just a spare, but I assume it'll work just fine. Usual great service from B+H including a great option for shipping to Canada. 5

[1" Ball Mount] I use this diffusers on a couple of DS161. Shoot with a 7Dmk2, but most of the times I notice the flash too agressive in TTL mode (camera at ISO 100). When you are using a zoom lens an looking for some live form, you cannot adjust in every shoot, so TTL it is almos the best way to go. Anyway, with this products the flash harsh was gone, as well the shadows. I cannot take more pics without these anymore. 5

[160 Ws] I bought the Ikelite to use as a handgrip on a Pixii A2572 for added grip and it works just great. They are good on cameras that do not get wet. 5
