Q: 1. Does the included Two 1/4"-20 HoldFast Accessory Clips work for attaching the quick release plates of most cameras for tripod mounting or do I have to order the HoldFast Gear's The Camera Holdfast Accessory Clip (Quick Release Plate Compatible) B&H # HOCHF02QRP MFR # CHF02-QRP for the price of $33.99 each for two cameras for a two-camera harness?

A: You will need to purchase the quick release clips separately as they do not come with the harness.

Q: 2. Does this camera strap come with a mounting screw for the bottom of a DCLR camera?

A: The RucPac Solo Camera Strap (BH #RUPSO) attaches to either one of the cameras existing camera strap fixing points, it doesn’t require a D ring screw at all. This design allows the tripod hole on the camera to be still used with a tripod plate while the camera strap is attached.

Q: 3. I read something in the Holdfast website that speaks about the Water Buffalo versions having the potential to color bleed if worn on light clothing. They go onto confirm that color bleed will happen if you wear white for the majority of your shoots. Anybody faced such bleed issues ? And how bad is it ?

A: I have this water buffalo money maker, which I've wore in multiple weddings and yes it does bleed on the bottom sides of the sleeves and under the armpit area. The stains are removable but you need to scrub it well in order to come off. After the water buffalo money maker has been wore in, then the bleeding fades away.

Q: 4. I am small frame and would like it to hold 2 mirrorless cameras and lenses, etc. Will this system not be too heavy or cumbersome for a 5'2 woman?

A: I wouldn't think you would have any problems. Make sure you order the small size harness. I ordered the large but I'm 6'0 and 220 lbs. I carry two full frame Sony a99 with one having a 24-70 f/2.8 and the other having a 70-200 f/2.8. I love the strap. So comfy for all day weddings. When I only want to carry one camera I Hook the other camera attachment point to a belt or belt loop and use it all the time. My go to strap for any occasion

Q: 5. Is this the updated version with the updated sliders?

    A: Yes it is.

Q: 6. Is regular equivalent to Medium? Thanks

A: I have the regular, I'm 5' 11 190 lbs, very comfortable, it adjusts both ways from my belt hole.

Q: 7. How are these sized, i.e. what is small, medium, large?

A: Here are the size guidelines for this product: SMALL: Height of 5'7" and below (if you are broad or built size up) MEDIUM: Height between 5'8"-6'2" (if you are slender size down, broad or built size up) LARGE: Height of 6'3" and above or wear extra-large clothing (if you are slender size down)

Q: 8. Can I get this without the d rings?

A: If you order directly through the manufacturer website you can.

Q: 9. Why is the small more expensive than the medium?

A: Unfortunately, this item has been discontinued.

Q: 10. Could anyone tell me what size would be good for a 5'4 tall guy? There is no sizing information and I would really like one Thanks

A: I think medium would be perfect for you

[Faux Leather] Definitely worth the money! Such a good fit for my photography business. This strap is so easy to use and I have no worries about my camera dropping. I have no neck pain that was caused by my cheap strap anymore. Definitely recommend!

[Red] This was what I had been looking for as a strap! The most comfortable strap ever which allows you to move fast while in a photoshoot. Also pretty comfortable for your shoulder! This is a person who has lots of shoulder nuts going on! So believe me it is just pretty amazing to have this strap!
    Love it!
And I will definitely get the dual one too in the near future!

[Yes] When use other sling style the strap will rub against your cloth. Holdfast have a second slide attached to move the camera across without the main moving.

so other bag or attachment that open forget to close it will not fall.

About leather, it is what it is depend on how you look at it. Hope this help.

[Faux Leather] I’ve been a pro photographer for over 4 decades and I can easily say this is the best camera strap I’ve ever bought. If you get this, I highly suggest also purchasing the Leather Cream to soften and protect the leather. Also, I know the price is spendy, but if you go to the guy's website who make them, he has a great tutorial about the uses and perks. It’d be great if B&H put the link on the page because it was what sold me. One last thing, it comes with the belt attachment that prevents the camera from swing around. The quick release is excellent!
