10 Gb Usb Flash Drive

[2.16 lb] There are many USB Raid drives available, but most are 5 Gb/s or slower. So the SSD speed is wasted, and what you get is about the same as a spinning HD drive. This dual Raid does indeed connect at 10 Gb/s which is double or more the speed of many dual drive enclosures.

Interestingly enough, the additional provided USB-C to USB-A cable allows 10 Gb/s to the rear USB-A port of the Mac Studio even though Apple advertises the port to go up to only 5 Gb/s. The unit has a pleasant rubberized optional cover that feels good in hand and doesn't scratch other devices in your bag.
