[Extended] I purchased Apple Care+ for my new 16-inch M1 MacBook Pro. WIth a purchase this big, I knew I needed to have it covered. Getting to have spill and other accident protection is essential. If you're gonna get something as essential as a laptop for your work, get Apple Care+. Even if you never has to use it, it's always good to have it. 5 |

[5.3] I upgraded from the Macbook Pro M1 as I’m editing more with 8K videos in DaVinci. The M3 Pro chip with 12 Core works great for DaVinci Studio whilst still having other programs open. Rendering is way faster. I barely do any 3D or Fusion, so the Pro chip was sufficient. 5 |

[0.495 lb] Works great on my new MacBook Pro 13 M1 (late 2020). HOWEVER when I tried to use longer cables than the half meter cable supplied, I got jittery video and screen freezes. I did some reading on the net and discovered that once Thunderbolt 3 cables exceed half a meter in length, they lose capability unless they are active instead of passive. I decided to leave well enough alone and keep using the half meter cable that works! 5 |

It is positioned at a ninety-degree angle to a very large east-facing window, and the standard glass performs brilliantly for me, without glare or annoying reflections.
