1.5 Volt Rechargeable D Cell Batteries

[Yellow] Works perfect to take extra rechargeable batteries on location or store them in the studio. The 12-cell holder is best if you have several devices requiring AA batteries. For run and gun, you may want the smaller 4-cell holder if you only use one speedlight flash. Just insert the batteries in one direction to indicate they are charged, and the opposite direction to indicate they are dead. Then you know which ones need charging before your next shoot.
