200 Diagonal Projector Screen Automatic

[2.9 lb] Ok, so this is a very great projector, got it for my 15th birthday, i have it for my ROOM!!! This thing is great, i have this projector sitting a little over 8' away, which is pretty close, and guess what! it projects a 6' (72 inches) diagonal screen, Also this projector is WXGA, which is like XGA (720p), but it's widescreen which make it better for watching movies, also it has a maximum resolution that is 1080P, which really doesn't mean anything. This is a very good projector for just my room. I would recommend a different projector if you are going to project a screen bigger that 13' diagonal, because since it's only 720P it might look bad. Check this before you buy a screen, this virtual throw distance is pretty accurate. The projector is VERY bright, even in eco mode, which means your bulb can last 6,000 hours. I have this connected to my ps3 with an HDMI cable, and my desktop with a VGA cables. You will be very happy with this little thing, i have used it for about 22 hours, it also has a hour counter, if you use this for 5 hours every day you can last about 4 years, I have had this for a little more than 2 weeks, will report again in about one year,

Why I bought it:I decided I wanted to be able to do an outdoor movie night from time to time since I have a courtyard and a breezeway ideally suited to setting up an outdoor movie theater.The result?:To get right to the point, I couldn't be any happier with it. It's exceptionally well made, it's foolishly easy to use, and it works magnificently. It's fully self contained - the screen pulls up out of and rolls down into it's own integral composite case which also serves as the stand by simply rotating the 4 legs attached to the bottom of it from parallel with the case to perpendicular to it. Voila - instant movie theater. And these were the right folks to buy it from - ...

We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us.

[Aluminum] The first impression when I saw this diagonal was: Wow this is a monster Diagonal !.It supports 1.25 and 2 in barrel, it comes with a alluminum case, is a must have if you are gonna use 2 in barrell eyepieces!. Ill use it all the time with my 8 SCT. Thanks to the B&H team for the great job they do!

[10 oz (286 g)] This thing worked great. This is just what I needed to get my screen up and another screen to my projector up at the same time in my sanctuary. This was great.

[Black / Silver] Put this on a C8 and prefer it to the 1-1/4 diagonal.
