200 Inch Diagonal On Projector Epson 5030

I have several Epson products and this is a winner! The set up was so easy and fast.... I am very impressed with how bright the projection is even in full daylight in my studio! Also, the Auto Keystone Correction was great!....Thats a huge plus for me. When I tilt the Projector up, it adjusts the image for the angle....Love that! Another HUGE bonus is the speaker!.....I was shocked at how good it sounds on its own... and that is VERY rare for a small projector. Impressive! The resolution on this projector is quite amazing!.... I projected an image equivalent to about 90 inches wide and it was super clear, and very sharp! I do wish that it had a zoom feature, but thats not a deal breaker at all. The fact that this powerful projector easily fits into a backpack or small luggage is fantastic! I travel alot and will take it on many trips. I do wish that it had more HDMI Ports.... but I can use an external hub. Big plus that I love is the Android feature! I use Android Phones and this will come in handy in so many ways! Overall, this Epson is a WINNER to me....its light weight, sharp, great design and very affordable!...

[Zipper] I have a C14 which came with a 2 inch star diagonal. This was a nuisance principally because instead of just releasing a thumb screw and swivelling the fitting around when shifting to a different area of the sky, you had to unscrew and loosen the whole unit to rotate it, then tighten it again. Also the business of attaching the 2 to 1.25 adaptor became a bother. So I retrofitted the 1.25 inch star diagonal. It works very well, as they always have. (C11, C8) Simple, cheap, and it works.

[Black] This diagonal has changed me for the better. I have another 2 inch diagonal that I was always fumbling with the tiny set screws to lock and unlock eyepieces and sometimes dropping them in the grass. No More, the twist lock function on this is just great, no more fumbling with the screws. With the included snout it can be used as either an SCT or refractor diagonal. Absolutely a fine product and for my shaky old hands, a blessing. As always a great product and great shipping from B&H. Michael D.

[Black / Silver] I bought the Celestron Starbright XLT 2-inch diagonal for Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes to use with my new Celestron CPC 1100 SCT. It has the same coating on its mirror that Celestron uses for its telescope mirrors and corrector plates. It's fit and finish are excellent, and it can be used with 1.25-inch eyepieces as well. Both 1.25- and 2-inch eyepieces are held snugly with compression rings instead of the finish-marring screws used in less expensive models. It's very easy to use and holds all my eyepieces very rigidly. Simply a great diagonal at a very reasonable price! If you have a SCT, you need this diagonal!

[Aluminum] Just getting back into observational astronomy after a hiatus of about 20 years. I purchased my 11 inch Schmidt Cassegrain telescope in an estate sale which only came with the OTA and the tripod. I needed a diagonal and was leaning towards a two inch since I still have a nice collection Televue 2" eyepieces from the early 2000s. I did a lot of research since I've been away from the hobby for so long and this star diagonal kept popping up on top 10 lists when I googled top 2 inch diagnose for SCT''s. I decided to take the plunge just before Christmas and saw B&H had a really great price. Shipping was really fast from New York to Boston and I was observing two days after I ordered it! Keep in mind this was first light with this telescope. I've never looked through it before receiving this diagonal. To say I was excited would be an understatement. And boy it did not disappoint! My last telescope back in 2003 was a 16 inch Newtonian reflector and I had heard many times the SCTs were much darker than the large Dob I was used to. However, I was very impressed with how bright this diagonal turned out to be. Stars were razor sharp and very bright from my light polluted back yard. I was also very impressed with the solid construction of this diagonal. This is the top that has the brass insert with threaded bolt to retain the other pieces. The construction was very well done with no parts moving once the eyepiece and diagonal were in place and tightened. The threading fit the scope perfectly and it was very easy to get on and off the OTA. As an added bonus the diagonal comes with a wonderful metal carrying case with foam padding to protect your investment. Although I don't have any other diagnoses to compare this to I am very happy with my purchase and certain I will use it for years to come. Now I just need a Telrad!

[2.9 lb] Ok, so this is a very great projector, got it for my 15th birthday, i have it for my ROOM!!! This thing is great, i have this projector sitting a little over 8' away, which is pretty close, and guess what! it projects a 6' (72 inches) diagonal screen, Also this projector is WXGA, which is like XGA (720p), but it's widescreen which make it better for watching movies, also it has a maximum resolution that is 1080P, which really doesn't mean anything. This is a very good projector for just my room. I would recommend a different projector if you are going to project a screen bigger that 13' diagonal, because since it's only 720P it might look bad. Check this before you buy a screen, this virtual throw distance is pretty accurate. The projector is VERY bright, even in eco mode, which means your bulb can last 6,000 hours. I have this connected to my ps3 with an HDMI cable, and my desktop with a VGA cables. You will be very happy with this little thing, i have used it for about 22 hours, it also has a hour counter, if you use this for 5 hours every day you can last about 4 years, I have had this for a little more than 2 weeks, will report again in about one year,

We all have that Guy on the block that trounces on having the biggest TV on the block. But Boy no one is talking about him after this beautiful 120" Wall Projector on my block. Lets talk about this exuberating LG CineBeam projector that's making headlines on my block. The LG CineBeam 4K HU915QB projector comes beautifully packaged with the Magic Remote control which LG owners are very familiar with. I love the magic remote that brings air mouse and gesture control via Bluetooth. I mean its like holding a computer mouse but its all wireless and you wave and scroll through the projector like you would on your computer. The HU915QB Pojector is a stylish yet eloquent design that blends right with your stand albeit when you turn off the lights. Sitting discretely on the right black and grey shaded stand just makes it disappear as if it is part of the furniture. Where the Projector shines in is at its impressive output of 3000 lumens giving you very bright pictures. I would have the projector on in the day time and it would display its crisp picture. This Bad Boy comes built-in with a 40 watt two-channel sound system giving it ample amount cinematic experience . Along with this great package the projector comes with 3 HDMI ports of two which are HDMI 2.0 and the remaining as HDMI 2.1. A ethernet port, Dolby Atmos out and 2 usb connections. I'd have to say, having this projector when my friends came over for a game night just blew them away. I mean to their amazement they could not believe that a projector can just sit in front of a wall like a tv would and display a ginormous 120 inch picture. I noticed that my friends could be sitting anywhere in the living room and they could not be missing anything.

[3-Chip LCD] This is a review for the Epson Powerlite 1781W Projector that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. This is my first projector and I cannot be more impressed. The size is perfect to for taking from place to place (just a little thicker than your average laptop). The projector was easy to setup and I was up and running in minutes. Image quality is superb and the wireless function is one of the best features if this projector, sharing my phone/tablet screen was simple and there was almost no delay between my tablet and what was being displayed. An external speaker is a good idea but not necessary. I will definitely recommend this projector to my colleagues for anyone looking for new or an upgraded experience.
