[0.79 lb] I have been taking digital photos with point & shoot cameras for years, but finally decided on this DSLR. Small, light, and amazing! Very pleased with the quality of the photos just using the P(rogram) setting, but it can do so much more. The 2 lenses in the bundle compliment each other perfectly. There is so much here that a dedicated book is a must; I downloaded the ebook version of David Busch's Canon EOS Rebel SL2/200D Guide to Digital SLR Photography, which will go a long way towards helping figure things out. The LED screen is amazing, and the articulation makes it 10x more useful. Pros may have nits to pick with this 'entry-level' camera, but regular folks looking for a first DSLR won't go wrong with the SL2.

[Empty] Bought this to carry a small point and shoot digital camera on a backpack chest strap while hiking. Very satisfied with the flap covered padded camera compartment, and zippered section for extra batteries and SD cards. Much better design than the Lowepro case it replaced. Just what I needed.

[Carabiner] I've used analog SLRs for years and transitioned to digital point and shoot cameras about 8 years ago. I've steadily upgraded and finally after much research settled on what I now consider to be the best technology short of a digital SLR. I will use this for not only family pictures, but also on the cruises that my wife and I take periodically. In particular I'm looking forward to pictures from our upcoming Alaska inland passage cruise in early September. The 20X zoom with an effecitve 28 to 560 mm range is fantastic and at long focal lengths the image stabilization does a great job. I like the fact that you can record HD movies, but wish the HD cable was standard rather than what appears to be proprietary. Otherwise, I am thoroughly pleased with this camera. While it has high tech features that will take me months to master, the ease of taking pictures right out of the box and the quality of the results with virtually no learning curve is a real plus. Would definitely recommend this camera to anyone looking for a longer zoom point and shoot that will provide consistenly high quality pictures.

I used to love shooting on old cameras and film. I transitioned into digital for the obvious benefits. Each camera had its pros and cons and I lived with it. This camera is amazing. The level of customization you can do in regards to button layout and shooting preferences made me fall in love with this camera. I can now shoot, adjust, and switch modes without ever touching a menu. The dual native ISO makes shooting in low light a breeze. Instant redundancy with the two memory card slots. I shoot live events and love narrative filmmaking. This camera is the perfect hybrid to do both. If you need a versatile and solid camera for shooting video, this is it.

[Neoprene/Nylon] i just bought 2 more of these straps for my 2 new Christmas Presents (point and shoot cameras)!! But the only thing that is SOOOOO frustrating is the loops are too thick for both camera's strap slots!! I've been trying/struggling over and over to push them through, but they won't go!! I give up. (Guess I'm gonna have to spend more money on the other, smaller, connectors? Siiiiigggggghhhhhhhhh................ohhh well...........). Please don't misunderstand me? I AM GONNA KEEP THEM!! I LOVE THEM!! They're soft and strong, etc. I stil have one on my 12 year old Canon A640, that's still holding up fine. Geeee, what more can I say? Everyone on Earth should get these!! Thanks so much for listening and caring. Please take care?

[6.8 lb] I was surprised how well made this guy is. It's terrific for small point and shoot cameras such as the Coolpix 820 I have. Makes video much more stable. Setting up the balance is nice with rotating forward and side to side knobs but I'll often just grab it with my hand around the vertical pole and that does an excellent job in itself without the balance tweaking. Too bad it just a little small for my Sony full frame and its medium size zoom....

[2.375 lb] Out preforms all the point and shoot cameras I’ve had and I’ve had quite a few big clean files on the Sony great colour and contrast resolution not quite a 28 mm but reads well and very compact!

[Manual Focus] First off, I'm new to this type of camera. I've only had good but still point and shoot cameras. I bought a Nikon D7200 camera and lens kit, not too impressed with the two lens that came with it. Did a little research and for the money this seemed like a good lens. It's a great lens for what I need it to do. I take landscape mostly and this is very good for that. I set it to infinity and it's amazing how everything is sharp and in focus. Love this lens and camera.
