2013 Avalon Rear View Mirror Attachment

[5.95 x 3 x 2"] This is my second set of pouches from B&H. The patented attachment on the rear is a great idea for hooking onto an Orca bag, but for my work I don't own or use one. I have removed the attachment point from the rear of the front pouch on both sets to cut down on depth and to use the most important attachment feature for me - a Velcro-style hook tab at the top rear of the pouch (image attached). I have the Velcro fuzz material attached to many of my supports and devices, and this pouch might be one of the attachments at any time. For the wireless comm devices the pouch is fully open at the top, and mostly open at the bottom with a built in strap to keep the device secure. The build allows for full exposure at top for the receiver's antenna(s), output and headphone ports, and at the bottom to an external battery feed, important during long sessions. Similarly, this pouch might find itself attached to equipment at the transmitter end. Great design and product.

[0.14 lb] I have always been a fan of a blacked out rear so the Trij HD's have been my go to. The new HD XR's do the same thing with the added benefit of a better view of your intended target. B&H had the best price with quick shipping. Have continually been pleased with their service and pricing!

[Black] this is the best preamp value on the market that ive found.....used a avalon in a friends studio, and owned a ua la-610 in my own studio....both of these preamps are 1500 dollars or more, and are not as clean and crisp sounding as the grace designs preamp....and where other preamps take a degree to figure out how they work, and take a LONG TIME to get set to prefrence, this little gem is SIMPLE and very EASY to fine tune....for under seven hundred dollars, this is a professional preamp needed to make the leap from home studio to professional turnkey studio, and buy it from BHPHOTO, they are the best

[1 User] I know that the Avalon 737 has been around for quite some time now, but it is still Number one for me. yesterday somebody tried to offer me something else, something new and we did an A/B head to head compare session, and the 737 stood out by miles... If you're a good sound engineer, you'll know how to tame this wild horse. The pre-amp and EQ sections are out of this world. Colored ? Maybe, but I just love this colour

[37 x 3.5 x 2.5"] This is the perfect size for a travel boom Pole like the compact K-Tek Avalon KE-79cc. I spent a bit of time looking for cases holders. This delivers what I wanted and I am happy with the semi hard shell as protection.
