[6 x 3.85 x 2.7"] Absolutely gem of a camera even though it was released in the US in 2016. Camera is still so incredibly relevant and just a masterpiece much like Sony’s Signature products.

[9.24 lb] OK, I do not currently photograph using large format equipment. Now, with that out of the way, I have used Linhof cables in a variety of 35mm, digital, and medium format applications. It was not always easy to thread with such a short nipple on the tip; I have to admit there were a couple of challenges when wearing gloves or when the tip had to go into a tight spot. I am confident that with a lesser cable release, I would have experienced no difficulty in threading in the release, vs. that short little nipple that Linhof insists on using. On the other hand, I have used lesser cables, MANY of them. Despite that pesky short nipple, I have yet to find a cable as reliable in any situation. Raining cats & dogs? No problem. -20 deg (F)? No problem. Need that shutter held open in order to capture those perfect star trails? No problem. And smooth? Oh boy, this release moves like it is a knife in hot butter. It is heavier and more durable than any other release I have used and the action does not bind or become stiff if the cable is not perfectly straight (as SO many do!). I switched to Linhof cables probably 15 years ago. They are one of the things I missed about the arrival of digital photography. Now that there are many digital cameras out there using a traditional cable release, I have had the joy of falling in love with the Linhof releases all over again.

[Zipper] I've owned the predecessor of this camera, the DC-FZ1000. It served me very well since 2016 and I've taken it around the world. I'm going to be taking another big trip next year, so I started looking around for an upgrade. Everything I looked at still didn't have the features that this one did. I really like the idea of a full sensor and a long zoom camera that doesn't need an interchangeable lens. Yes, this isn't a big change, but there are a few new features that I'm looking forward to trying out. This produces that same great pics that the last one did.

[Yes] I took an interest in photography after I retired in 2016. I'm 74 and still adding to my camera gear. This second generation Canon EF 70-300mm lens is a great addition to my Canon EOS 70D arsenal and it's perfect for wildlife photos. The bokeh is beautiful just as described. Being retired, I have the time to sit patiently on my patio waiting for hummingbirds and hoping for that perfect photo. Ah, retirement is great when you have photography as a hobby!

[Blue] I bought this Traveler Camera Case first week of August 2016 because I was going on an international trip with my new video camera. Carrying this with a shoulder strap was very secured and comfortable. While it is built to last, it is also very handy and comfy.

[17 x 12 x 4.5"] Bought the V1 back in 2016. And have never replaced it. It's been with me around the world as a daily office driver, camera gear bag, travel bag. Has its battle scars and dents but the overall reliability has never been an issue. I did had to replace the main strap as the rubber was melting away afters years of use and PD was graceful in send me the replacement for free. It rocks like it says, lifetime warranty to stay with you.
